From the Academic Registrar’s Office, University of Bahr El-Ghazal

It read:

"The office of the Academic Registrar, University of Bahr El-Ghazal would like to inform all the newly admitted students that the registration process for the academic year 2021-2022 will start on Thursday the 3rd August, 2023 up to 17th August, 2023.
The students are ask to bring with them the following original documents

1. South Sudan Secondary School Certificate
2. Birth or Age Assessment certificate
3. Nationality Certificate

Any student who fails to attend the interview and registration in the specified period will miss the chance".

In addition to the aforementioned information and directives from the office of the academic registrar, I would also like to assure you that;

🔹Carry along with you the "admission slip" when you come to the University of Bahr El-Ghazal for registration, because this is very very important and you will not be allow to take the registration form when you have not bring it along with you during registration time as it contain your form number.

Lastly, try harder to come within the specified time i.e. from (3rd Aug - 17th Aug 2023) as they will not accept any student that will come after the deadline.
