So much gun violence in this country has caused countless deaths and destruction of property, and suffering. But still doesn't seem to be ceasing soon. The government officials appear not affected, and aren't strategizing the right policies to stop it from escalating to a more severe level, yet the civilian population yearns and hopes for lasting peace soon

The level of floods in this country has reached the stage we never heard of and experienced before. It's so severely affected and devastated many towns and villages, with no relief efforts on sight yet. It has frustrated some many already and the government doesn't seem to be coming to their rescue and that has increased hopelessness. This country is so rich for all of us to benefit but we lack the right one to put in place the good policies that can change the economic sluggishness. We longed for change to come but it's not coming...

South Sudan has an enormous potential to rapid economic progress if the government pools the huge oil revenue into profitable projects that creates jobs for hundreds of people within the country, and thus improving lives and leading to growth.
Corruption is at its highest level now in the country, the top officials in the administration rush to fill their pockets and spend money in luxury without being held accountable for such immoral acts.
Investments in sustainable agriculture, tourism, and infrastructure can propel this country to the next level of development.
Eliminating corruption, nepotism and favourism can surely lead to economic progress and rapid development.

The government of South Sudan should buy up the water companies from foreign investors especially Ethiopians and employ locals there.
It's very unrealistic and uneconomical for such ventures to be owned by foreigners when they are cheap for the government to build.

This country gets millions of dollars monthly from mainly oil and other sectors of the economy which could be used to create hundreds or thousands of jobs for the citizens of country by investing it in profitable ventures such state-owned factories, education, wild life conservation, tourism etc. This could boosts the economy of this country greatly.

South Sudan is a country blessed with abundance of natural resources such as oil and gas, minerals like gold, uranium, diamond etc. It has tremendous potential and capacity to progress economically and politically.
What it needs right now is the right person to lead with purpose.
