Innocent civilians of Twic are stormed by UNISFA and Abyei militias, burning the houses into ashes this morning, Sunday ,3- December 2023

The random shooting at civilians by UNISFA forces and Abyei militias heavily armed is another attack orchestrated by Abyei Administrations on Twic Civilians and their repetitive attempts to invade Twic lands, Warrap State. A source at the scene described this attack as part of Dinka Ngok agenda to advance for their independent state , a trusteeship of the UN.
Twic youth responded ,still engaged to repulse these attackers ..

Details of the incidents are sketchy at the moment.

Makuei shuts debate on Abyei at 7th Governors'forum..

A heated argument erupted yesterday in the ongoing Governor’s Forum regarding the status and conflict in Abyei area prompting government spokesperson to curtail the argument.

Michael Makuei Lueth warned the governors’ forum against focusing on confrontational arguments, saying the house should be solution oriented.

The minister of information said that the government of South Sudan is not entirely in charge of Abyei area, which is managed per the 2005 agreement.

"As I said, the government of South Sudan is not a party. I said so because it is politics and it is what the agreement says. The agreement says the referendum should be run by the national government in collaboration with the government of South Sudan, not by the people of Abyei,” he clarified.

He instead asked where the administrative area acquired the resources with which they conducted the referee.

“My question to him was, where did you get all these resources when you conducted the referendum? These resources were ours. And this is what we did not want to repeat,” Makuei echoed.

He emphasized that there's no ground on which South Sudan would officially declare its position over the disputed Abyei region.

“This is why the government of South Sudan set up committees to finalize the status of Abyei. This is what we can do as a government. But we cannot just decide to work against the provisions of the agreement,” the government spokesperson noted.

Government Spokesperson,Hon.Michael Makuei stood firmly to tell Abyei people the bitter truth of their self-referendum. Hon.Michael Makuei warned Abyei not to drag South Sudan into unnecessary conflict with Sudan over Abyei , an area governed through Agreement 2005 CPA.

Yesterday at 1:45 PM , a classified intel was drawn from our sources and informers in Abyei Town indicating orders of Chief Administrator of Abyei Chol Deng Alak and Brig.Gen.Lukuk to draw back all forces of Abyei Mission in effort to avenge late/ Hon.Mayot Kunit who was killed among the attackers after Abyei armed youth, militias and UNISFA attempted to advance to Twic territories illegally and forcefully.

An anonymous source whose second name is withheld for security reasons stressed ," Everyone is bitter , there is wail in every house in Abyei after they lost big numbers including Hon.Mayot Kunit, Chief Administrator Chol and Lukuk are trying to push Ngok into wider conflict with all neighboring communities " ....

The orders of pulling out forces from Rumkor and garrison them areas around Bathon and Rumamer mounting them with heavy machine-guns.

Another source familiar with these events said, " the intention of last week's attacks at Ayuok SSPDF Military Base was a coordinated plan to advance encroachment into South Sudan territories and push SSPDF for direct military engagement with UNISFA forces as a pretext to gain upper hand in the international arena , especially UN Security Council , now you can see the writings/statement of Troika countries means pushing two forces for direct confrontation" , Bagat Aguek hardly stressed it .

Another Military Strategist whose names are withheld told this publication also that, " Bilpham should remain cautious about these gravities of soldiers , it's treason for an organised armed civilians of Abyei to attack SSDPF and target Aweil civilians, what does that mean ? It's time that South Sudan sees behind normal lenses of today, the security at the northern corridor of South Sudan poses a real threat to stability of the country comes ,2024 before the elections and such hotspots could easily be absorbed by the elements to stir the insecurity to higher level " .....

Just In : Deng Alor Kuol, Abyei MPs and other Elders rushed to President Salva Kiir Mayardit ....

After Abyei armed youth and its militias attacked Twic civilians this morning, the Abyei elites rushed to brief H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit, the President of the Republic about their intention of independent Central Sudan.
A source who requested to be anonymous said also that , " these elites are on their way to lie again to President after they attacked Twic today, 19 November 2023 and last week's attack they had on SSPDF forces garrison" , now they are calling for SSPDF forces intervention , which SSPDF ?" This is a whole lie" ,said Wuor, Abyei son.

While another group of Abyei elites led by Nyanaguek Kuol Mareng in SPLM-IO chose to threat Commissioner of Twic County, Hon.Aguek Deng Chan of removal.
This repetitive attempt to threaten authorities of Twic is not the first of its kind from Hon.Nyanaguek Kuol, similar was witnessed during Hon.Deng Tong's tenure .

All efforts to restore peace and security along the borders have been 🗑️ trashed by Abyei elites since the conflict started ...

UNISFA forces are preparing to attack SSDPF in Majak Kol and areas South of River Kiir ..

A source familiar with events unfolding in Abyei Administrations told this publication that "UNISFA forces are waiting orders to engage in a fight with SSPDF forces stationed south of River Kiir.
UNISFA acts as another paramilitary of Abyei in an effort to declare an independent Republic of Central Sudan unilaterally without Messiriya and other Abyei region tribes.
This development is happening after the immediate attacks to Twic territories this morning,19 November 2023 by Abyei armed youth and its Militias to advance land encroachment.
An attack which was repulsed by the residents.

SSDPF is yet to issue a statement regarding killing of soldiers and current events unfolding.

Breaking News : Hon.Mayot Kuindik of Abyei is among the dead in Aneet .

The attack staged by Abyei armed youth this morning, on 19 Nov 2023 to Twic territories led to the loss of Hon.Mayot Kuindik, former Commissioner of Rumamer of Abyei who in 2021 ordered for surveying of Aneet in Twic County of Warrap State. The attackers were repulsed and pursued by Twic Youth throughout Agok, Juoljok and Awal-nom where the instigator was killed, Hon.Mayot Kuindik of Abyei. Hon.Mayot was among the attackers driven in a heavy mounted land-cruiser with machine-gun , his vehicle is also burned to ashes.

A source closer to the scene told this publication that, dead bodies from attackers of Abyei armed youth are surfacing around these areas mentioned above. Another informer in Abyei who requested to remain unknown ,said " UNISFA armed these militias three days ago and now , they are killed , big number is dead " ..

Abyei Administrations rolled another conflict cycle after two days ago relocating to Aneet, and areas at the south of River Kiir and repetitive attempts to invade Twic lands through use of mercenaries they hired with state finances. Last week, Abyei armed youth and its militias attacked military garrison at Ayuok of Twic and killed numerous soldiers and defenseless civilians,mainly from Aweil . A true targeting of Bahr El Ghazal residents.

It is to be recalled that , Hon.Mayot Kuindik was also a Minister of Physical infrastructure and land in Abyei Administration and who was the one ordering the illegal survey of Aneet and lands of Twic County , Warrap State.
Now, he met his fade of death.

Abyei armed youth attacked SSPDF garrison at Ayuok north west of Twic County, Warrap State .

Two days after the swift swearing-in of Mr.Ayuel Kiir, Commissioner of Rumamer of Abyei , his first task to organize was to attack SSDPF forces stationed at Ayuok , territory of Twic County. Ayuel Kiir ,a second accused to Gen.Kuol Deim who ranked first according to report of Aneet Settlement Camp to investigate the root causes of conflict between Twic and Ngok Dinka, is a man who personally lynched innocent civilians from Twic , Gogrial, Aweil and other nationals from South Sudan. See the report of VP H.E Hussein's committee before and to as why he was detained.

Ayuel Kiir led many deadly attacks on civilians , and a renowned militia officer got appointed once again and attacked SSPDF forces , killing soldiers, children, lynched others with burn of fires in their huts while asleep, disturbing graphics of women rapped and eventually killed surfaced all around the scene. Isn't this a clear rebellion ?

Twic community had cautioned the communities bordering Ngok Dinka since the first incident, but many fell on deaf ears.

The civilians killed in this brutal attacks include those from Gogrial, Twic and Aweil. Majority of whom are families to SSDPF soldiers who were attacked.
UNISFA is a force used by Abyei Administrations, they are one arming Abyei youth and militias.

The attacked claimed 26 dead and many wounded.

MayarWa Agenda is conducting the reactions of neighboring communities such as Aweil, Gogrial and others whose members got targeted and killed in cold blood, even during the sleeping.

Attacks in Abyei Town !

The people of Abyei will continue to suffer under their leaders who are delusional, the likes of Hon.Deng Alor Kuol and in particular, Deng Arop's dynasty.

This is an indication that , people of Abyei are fighting an unknown enemy. The issue of perceived enmity commanded against Twic Mayardit by Dinka Ngok elites is a total failure to Abyei generations. Where on earth can civilians attack town heavily guarded and surrounded by armed forces ? The attack in Abyei Town.

First, Twic has no interest north of Kiir River and there is nothing that warrants Twic to attack Abyei Town in a foreign country, Sudan. See CPA, Abyei Protocol .

Secondly, Abyei with it's continuous aggressions against neighbors will not make it settle. That's, unnecessary enmity created by Abyei elites.
Thirdly, there are more than one command of armed forces in Abyei, the Nuer Militias hired to fight Twic, disgruntled Tiit-bai forces, UNISFA and Messiriya on the other part.
Isn't this not enough to honestly talk about ?
Fourthly, Mr.Deng Alor Kuol is a true instigator given his Abyei Box case.

Now , you can make your own judgement. It's rainy season , every where is wet with water and Abyei is heavily guarded by UNISFA and the so called Tit-bai armed youth ( a misnamed force after attack in Abyei Town ) , they are called Tit-bai and yet , failing to protect " Tit-bai " Abyei.

Check the letter below of Mr. Deng Alor , full of bitterness against Twic, leaving behind their traditional enemy, Arabs.
With no sense, he rushed to accuse Twic of attack in Abyei Town.

Abyei combined Militias attacked Bombil of Ajak kuac, but Tiitweng repulsed them..

In the earlier hours around 4 am this morning, the combined Militias at the order of former chief administrator of Abyei and the sitting commissioner of Mayom County of Unity State coordinated attack at Ajak Kuac in an area called Bombil to raid cattle and carry out massive destruction, Their plan has been put off by Tiitweng youth in the area. According to our sources on the ground, Tiitweng youth is in fall control, still pursuing them to where they came from, east to Abiem-nhom County in Ruweng Administrative Area.

This latest development is a part of Mayom County aggression against Twic as Gen. Makal Kuol still command special forces to back up Abyei in an attempt to invade Twic of Warrap State.

Just In : Waar-gueet of Aweil incident is not from Messiria, But Abyei Armed Youth...

An incident which resulted to killing of government official from Northern Bahr El Ghazal at Waar-gueet of Aweil was orchestrated by assassins from Dinka Ngok of Abyei, particularly the Abyei Armed Youth.

A source familiar with this incident who requested to remain anonymous for security reason , mentioned that,

" the assassins who murdered Payam Administrator are from Abyei, after these strangers entered the house, they were asked to identify themselves to as why they run into compound while heavily armed, they responded that they are from Abyei and they are being persuaded by Messiria Hajaars whom they robbed and killed traders few days ago. " From the moment, the administrator asked why they ran into this territory, one assassin had already cocked the gun and started firing, this is how the administrator lost his life".....

It's to be recalled that, few days ago Abyei Armed Youth killed traders from Messiria Hajaar, and raided all their properties on the way through Abyei to Aweil.
The killing of Messiria traders sparked and deteriorated further the relationship between Dinka Ngok and of Messiria components leading to the protest whereby the messiria threatened to either attack Abyei or UNISFA should disarm the Militia forces of Abyei called Tiitbaai.

Other analysts are yet to put their comments to whether why Abyei is acting senselessly despite the appointment of the new Chief Administrator awaiting the swearing-in, Hon. Chol Deng Alaak.

Just In : Abyei Armed Youth attacked SSPDF Soldiers...

A group of Abyei Armed Youth in the earliest hours of this morning, 11th January 2023 attacked soldiers in a farm belonging to Gen. Paul Ngang in Twic County of Warrap State, in an area called Riaak . The attackers also burned a tractor (machine car).

The exact casualties of this incident are still sketchy, but other sources say, the attackers were repulsed as they left 6 bodies dead of their members.

This incident happened as preparation to swear-in the new Chief Administrator for Abyei, Hon. Dr. Chol Deng Alak who replaced Gen. Kuol Deim are on the way.

Many sources indicated the hands of former Chief Administrator, Gen. Kuol Deim in the incident that took place which clearly show the sign of rebellion by Dinka Ngok of Abyei.

Anonymous source whose second name is withhold for security reasons said, " attacking soldiers at sleep is not what will bring to the end the final status of our land (Abyei)," Piok concluded.

Few days, the Dinka Ngok Elder Dr. Francis Mading Deng slapped the senseless violence caused by his people and called for peaceful dialogue and peaceful coexistence among the communities. It is not yet clear what make the Dinka Ngok people go against the word of their god-father, Dr. Francis Mading Deng. Although, many Dinka Ngok people believe in Dr. Chol Deng Alak's capabilities to put an end to the conflict through peaceful dialogue, the inner circles and loyalists of Deng Kuol's family are skeptical as they are losing influence in the government and view Dr. Chol Deng Alak who hailed from Man-Nyuar as an stranger in the affairs.

Messiria threatens to attack Abyei area..

A group of messiriya protesters who took the letter of condemnation to UNISFA Office threatened to attack if Dinka Ngok do not want to commit themselves to agreements signed.

The protesters who condemned the presence of Abyei Tiitbai armed forces in Abyei see this as a threat to peaceful coexistence among tribes of Sudan in which Dinka Ngok belong. They asked UNISFA to adhere to its mandates as the only military force within Abyei zone tasked to protect the area, and not the Abyei Tiitbai force, a Militia recently formed by Dinka Ngok without Messiriya involvement.

A Man Dies Of His Own Curse

The Sub-Chief Lal Kon Tingloth of Rumamer County who attested that if Aneet belongs to Twic then he wouldn't cross 2022 to 2023 has died on 2nd January 2023.

He spoke to Aneet Settlement Fact finding Committee early 2022 and said publicly that if Aneet belongs to Twic then he will die before 2023.

Ngok armed youth of Abyei in Kordofan together with Nubians attacked Athony. However, the attackers were repulsed back to Rumamer county by Twic armed youth who fought back in self-defense.

Ngok carried out a second surprise attack in less than two weeks after they attack Akur village of Turalei Payam last week and this is the violation of the ceasefire signed in Aweil

The attacked Athony at 4:00 am and Twic fought back in a self-defense and repulsed them at 5:00 am local time pursuing them upto Rumamer county in Kordofan.

Ngok armed Youth attacked civilians in Twic County of Warrap State..

Last night, a group of Abyei Armed Youth who sneaked into villages between Majak Kol and Menh-Awan killed three civilians in a cold-blood aggression. According to the sources on the ground, the civilians who were murdered by Abyei Armed Youth included young boy from Aweil, Northern Bahr El Ghazal. The deceased were ambushed between the villages by Abyei Armed Youth.

Another source also confirmed within Abyei Town,saying " Our people of Abyei want to create chaos with neighbors, now in Abyei they are targeting all Bahr El Ghazal ethnics"..

This development followed the meeting chaired by Dr. Francis Mading few days ago on what should be the next step after Khartoum rejected the proposal of South Sudan Government on Abyei, rather opted for 2005 CPA implementation on Abyei Protocol which effect the power sharing of Abyei Area expected to commence soon on March 2023.

After the confused leaders of Abyei realised that, they can't make a loaf to feed Abyei they continuously lie to keep the hope of non-existing country of Abyei.

Right sources questioned the presence of Abyei community leader Hon. Dier Tong, the minister of Finance appointed by the President Salva Kiir Mayardit, a one Dier Tong who releases fund to his community to fight innocent civilians of Twic, a clear indication of swords switched between the government of South Sudan and of the Abyei to eliminate Twic Civilians.

To those who ignore the truth to as why the death was "poison", please check the names of the late Hon. Gen. John Masua allegedly reported by UNISFA medics after the influence.
You can't escape the truth, Abyei Administrations assissinated him through poisonous food because of his straightforwardness, bitter truth.

Again, they denied him his honorable, dignified and legal names (John Masua) after the death, they gave him new names (John Machwia) in what is so called "Cause of Death Certificate"..

MP died shortly in Abyei after he had lunch poisoned.

A member of an Ad-hoc committee of investigation into Twic-Ngok conflict fall died after he had lunch in Abyei, an MP in Council of States named Hon. John Masua from Western Equatoria State fall victim of the food he ate. The food which carried spit of poison was prepared to eliminate MPs who consistently stick to their strong opinions on Twic-Ngok conflicts. Late Gen. Hon John Masua told Dinka Ngok communities to move away from a falsehood hub created by Abyei leaders and remain to embrace the peaceful coexistence between the two sisterly communities, his opinion on where Southern Kiir belongs made him lost his dearest life. As a result, he was lured to eat poisonous food unknowingly and eventually lost his life.

Abyei Administrations did this to circumvent the truth of Southern Kiir belonging to Twic of former Bahr El Ghazal Provinces.

Late Hon. Gen(retired) John Masua asked Dinka Ngok to explain how did they crossed the borders of 1/1/1956 in which 2005 CPA is based upon and on what criterion was Abyei Box designed despite Hague Arbitration ruled for borders from Eastern, Western and Northern parts of River Kiir. The experts report mentioned the above 3 parts excluding the southern Kiir River respecting 1/1/1956 borders.

May His precious Soul continues to rest in peace.

This is not the first time for Abyei Administrations to abstruct such investigations, many similar attempts have been made to divert South Sudanese and international community's attention on issues regarding the final status of Abyei, recent high level Committee, ABC, 2009 Hague ruling and other committees yet to be formed aren't exceptional from the same diversion of what is the truth. You can examine from the composition of committees why Twic members are not included, never consult with! Footages of Abyei Militias drawn towards Twic County territories..

Footages of attackers heavily equipped from Abyei Militias are drawn nearby and towards Twic County for a fresh attack, this was just few hours after their departure from their bases.

According to the source familiar with this development said that " these forces are heading towards Twic territories for attack, they are divided and directed as to attack Ajak Kuac from North-East, Mayen-Abun, areas in Pan-nyok and Anyiel-Kuac, these forces put on Abyei Mission Uniforms(Black, dark-blue) without South Sudan badge on the Uniforms. They tore all badges out "

Another source also said" There are forces alloted to attack SSPDF forces recently deployed in Agok of Twic County. Their purpose is to dislodge government forces "

These developments are arranged to challenge the government forces who were recently sent to difuse the tensions.

Note: Those civilians residing to areas adjucent to southern Kiir River are advised to take cover should any related threat take effect at any time.

Hon. Deng Tong of Twic County suffers in detention bars.

A shocking news of Hon. Deng Tong, Commissioner of Twic County of Warrap State who is unlawfully being detained and denied food and Water among other services by H.E Hussein Abdelbagi Akol, the Vice President for Service Cluster and the Chair of Anet Settlement Investigation Committee came barely after H. E Hussein Abdel Baghi gave orders of what was termed as "Rotten in detention".

According to anonymous source who disclosed to Mayarwa Agenda the condition of Hon. Deng Tong Goch in detention bars, mentioned that " The condition of Hon. Deng Tong is worrisome since he is denied to access food, drinking water by H. E Hussein Abdel Baghi who detained him unlawfully"..

Another source also told Mayarwa Agenda that " while still in detention, Hon. Deng Tong wrote a letter to his family indicating the conditions he badly lives and that, he has been denied of his services by the orders from H. E Hussein Abdel Baghi Akol who unlawfully detained him".

Hon. Deng Tong Goc is unlawfully detained by H. E Hussein Abdel Baghi who chair the investigation committee after Twic and Ngok Communities engaged in communal conflict resulted from the attempt by Abyei Administrations to forcefully grab the territories belonging to Twic County of Warrap State. These feuds were investigated to put hostilities aside, but H. E Hussein Abdel Baghi Akol took law into his hand by unlawfully detaining the commissioner of Twic County.

It's nearly seven months since the detention of Hon. Deng Tong Goch of Twic County without charges or being arranged in the competent court of law in the country to try him. A move again the Constitution, rights to food and water among others.
