Good afternoon, brothers and sisters, relatives, just quick Information, those two gentlemen with immigration/travel documents shared above on this platform were arrested in Egypt. The Lou nuer chairman (Hoth Domach) in Egypt 🇪🇬 is currently looking for parents or relatives to know that their children were arrested. Therefore,the parents needed to show up to support theirs children financially. The government of Egypt decided to deport them back to South Sudan via parents' support.
Kindly share this with our relatives, specifically in Akobo East and West.

A female European Honey Buzzard Bird was fitted with a satellite tracking system in Finland recently and was of particular interest to locals because it spent the most recent austral summer around the town of Reitz in the Free State in South Africa. She left Reitz to start heading north on 20 April and on the 2nd of June, she finally reached Finland where she will probably spend the boreal summer before probably returning again next season for a visit in South Africa.
Here is an image showing the data received from the tracker which plots out the route that she took to head north... so, in just 42 days, she covered over 10 000 km at an average of more than 230 km every single day! Isn’t that just amazing...?!"
What is amazing is how she took a straight line north except for when she had to fly over water. (or Sudan)
Apparently she turned right at the source of the Nile and followed it. It is still fascinating that after that deviation she returned to the same longitudinal line she started on and continued until she reached her destination. Mother nature at its most fascinating best.

Both from West,East and their Neighbors,our first priority Is to End every unwanted act on Civilians because we believe Democracy will bring back the divided family and stay as One people under one system of government with one voice without mixed reactions.
Akobian who are in others Countries try to work so hard to make sure that everyone's right must be in place as stated by the constitution of the Republic of South Sudan.
Let's not compare the previous leadership with the recent Appointed Commissioner because they have a lot of different,in Development plan and resources management that seem to be the key plan for all Akobians.we hope for the best and we will celebrate it togethers at the end of it.
The frequent Revenge killing,Kidnapping will come to an end,through our collective effort not only the Commissioner because he the commissioner will work cooperatively beginning from Payam level and boma level in search of peace and bring back the unity of Akobian that was divided into more factions by the beginners or food seeker for their own reasons or another.

The interest of the people of Akobo is the first priority than promising a fake things that wouldn't move them forward or the where they want to reach!!

The year 2026 will be the year whereby all promises will be evaluated and awarding ceremony will also be held for the most successful Commissioners of Akobo who delivered the services to the people.

Yet, Lou Nuer and Murle do not only fight over cattle and access to water, but also as a result of political discriminations. Both the Murle and the Lou Nuer in Jonglei State feel economically and politically marginalised by the politically powerful especially the Murle feel confrontable as they have high representation in the SSPDF. Although both communities have supported counter-insurgency movements against a common enemy - the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) - during the north-south civil war, and then again during the 2010 elections in South Sudan, the increased militarisation of both communities in the course of the war has strained their relations and given rise to mutual fears and suspicions.
The SPLA has responded to communal violence in Jonglei State with several disarmament campaigns, most of which were unsuccessful and sometimes even worsened the violence, since the troops in charge of the Area were involved in the fight and supported Murle Criminals by providing war equipment.

Murle community in the volatile Jonglei state have surprisingly carried out deadly coordinated attacks on remote villages of Lou-Nuer in 2011 and Killed Innocent Childrens and women, as the region emerges independent from the North Sudan
When asked to stop it, the Murle Leaders said their heavily armed youth forces could not listen to their advice or call to stop the cattle raidings and the child abductions.

Africa Students Day (16 June) Celebrated Today in Ethiopian Capital Addis Ababa.

The President of South Sudan General Students Union Molana Deng'Kur Mading was officially invited to attend the historic Africa Students Day which was officially celebrated today by the leadership of All-Africans Students Union (AASU) under the theme, "The African girl child and the Role of the Students Union in Advocating for Her."

As a result of other coinciding office duties, the President Deng'Kur Mading delegated SSGSU coordinator and student leaders in Ethiopia to stand in for South Sudan General Students Union (SSGSU) during the event. Among the those delegated were Eng. Maker Abraham Mangol as head of delegation, Akat Malieny Dhieu, Johnson Chuol Lual, Monica Awal Mabor and Ngege Josephine as members of the delegation.

The program was highly attended by senior government officials in Ethiopia including the Minister of Higher Education and diplomatic corps, African Countries' students and youth leaders and representatives, International organizations, and other important guests.

During the program, All-African Students Union recognized the work of South Sudan General Students Union (SSGSU) Leadership in its tireless effort in advocating for welfare of students and supporting Students activities across the country and throughout Africa. Among other philanthropic institutions recognized were Nunu Kumba Foundation and The Chagai Foundation for their outstanding role in supporting students especially their scholarships for South Sudanese young girls at various secondary Schools and Universities across South Sudan and abroad.

South Sudan General Students Union leadership expresses our heartfelt appreciations to the leadership of All-Africa Students Union (AASU) under the presidency of Hon. Osikenyi Osisogu, the Senior Presidential Envoy for International Affairs Oli B. Wako, and the entire team of AASU for recognizing the effort of South Sudan General Students Union leadership under President Deng'Kur Mading and the entire National Executive for the hard work and commitment in the service of South Sudanese students community since April 2022.
