Why is SPLM IO denying what Dr. Riak Machar said in the office of President during the swearing-in ceremony of the new Minister of Interior and Deputy Minister of Interior on Monday, October 20, 2023?

Dear public What has been said or published by Mr.Puok Baluang, the press secretary in the office of Vice President Dr. Riak Machar, on his page is just a mere lie and a concocted story to deny the facts. Dr.Riek was caught on camera tasking the newly appointed official in the Ministry of Interior to prepare a conducive ground for the election scheduled for next year, 2024. However, after the swearing-in ceremony, some power-hungry SPLM-IO members called for an urgent meeting and issued a press release condemning and refuting the statements of their boss, which were recorded on camera. That shows the highest level of insubordination among the SPLM-IO hierarchy.
Mr. Puok Both claimed in his Facebook article that Dr. Riek didn't say anything concerning the election. This is a clear distortion of facts from his boss statement, where he tasks his wife, the Minister of Interior, and her Deputy to prepare the ground ready for the election.
Lastly, it would be better for Mr. Puok to delete the misleading information and issue a genuine apology to the press unit in the office of the president and to the public.
