The title of martyrdom should not be restricted to only those who died for the dignity of the land. Those killed in highway robberies, and the women r***d during the conflict have added a new definition of martyrs and martyrdom in South Sudan.

The people who are still alive in South Sudan have a responsibility to protect the children of the heroes whose precious blood and sacrifices, brought freedom to the republic of South Sudan.

The three western envoys to South Sudan, from US, UK and Norway prioritize sustainable peace in South Sudan, following the crisis that killed hundreds of thousands and displaced about 1.5 million people from their homes.
The special envoys to South Sudan; Danold Booth from US, Matthew Cannel from UK, and Jens Petter Kjemprud of Norway, made their joined statement to Citizen news paper while on visit to Jonglei capital Bor on Wednesday.

People of different religions and cultures live side by side in almost every part of the world, and most of us have overlapping identities which unite us with very different groups. We can love what we are, without hating what – and who – we are not. We can thrive in our own tradition, even as we learn from others, and come to respect their teachings. In traditional attires is Nuer gentleman standing with me (Ninja Sam or Mach Samuel Peter co-master of ceremony) during the inauguration of care taker governor of Jonglei state- John Koang Nyuon before the crisis in Bor town. May God ends war before it ends us. We must stop war and feed the poor.
