Young girl aged 7/8 nailed by her mother in Majak Amal in Kuajok town

I have been reading posts on this issue and I managed to call the police officer who is keeping the girl in the protection unit.

I have talked to Officer Santo Ater and he narrated the incident was true and they are keeping the children under the children protection unit in Kuajok and the mother is in the police custody waiting for the investigation and results from the doctor on the injuries.

The name of the girl is Anyang Kuch and her mother is near the delivery period as stated by the officer.

Why nailing her?

Mother accused the daughter of random loitering around neighborhoods which made her angry and decided to nail her down so that she couldn't walk around the houses.

How old is she? The officer, Mr. Santo estimated her ages as between 7-8.

More details will be out tomorrow after the police investigation and results from the doctor who assessed the situation of the little girl.

This is a child abuse which needs serious attention from our state and local governments to address these kinds of abuses. It was this year that a man gouged out his daughter's eyes as a result of disciplining her from running after a man.

Enough is enough! Let us defy hatred, jealousy, revenge killings and get to love one another.

Tonj brothers, what do we gain out of killing each other? Why do we take law into our hands? Why finishing ourselves? Who will defend Tonj from external attacks of we do not stop killing ourselves?

Why are we shaming ourselves and our heroes and heroines? Where is that pride we had calling ourselves the heart of South Sudan? City like America?

God created us in his own image and likeness. Who are you to take the lives of others when you are not the one who made them?

Why are we making our mothers to suffer because of our selfish ambitions? Why do you listen to the blood thirsty men and women who will not give you anything?

Why? Why? Why? Why?

I am heartbroken 💔 to hear attacks here and there and many lives being taken everyday.

There is no government which can contain this situation unless we lay down our guns and Spears and hate speeches. No matter how much we blame the government, we are playing big part in our own destruction. Government is people by people and for people. We cannot expect the government to do something when we are ready for it.

Geng Geng said, "There is no benefit in War which has been turned to oneself, but only destruction." We are destroying our own and killing our own brothers and sisters.

I greet you and I am Adup Anyuat.

Our today's discussion will be on Corona virus.

Corona virus is most scaring epidemic which is more dangerous than Ebola. Scientists identified signs and symptoms of Corona virus as headache (fever), hard in breathing, cough and vomiting.

What could be done to prevent this Corona virus?

Many suggested dos and Don'ts
1. Wash your hand with water with jik and soap
2. Cover your mouth with the mask
3. Use sanitizers

Don'ts

1. Don't buy second clothes
2. Don't be a crowd where you can contact the virus through sweat.

If you want to prevent the virus, follow these instructions and get to use jik and wash your hands with clean water and soap.

Jik is used for washing clothes, toilet and mopping rooms. Jik helps kill germs. Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing and wash your hands to prevent the virus.

Corona virus has no cure

These are given to help prevent the virus from spreading. The only cure is to follow the instructions. Epl is suspended to help stop the virus. Thank you for listening and I am Archangelo Adup Archangelo Adup wen Anyuat
