The purpose of Thiik being appointed as deputy Mayor in Equatoria land is to monitor the movement of the former Juba City Mayor, Kalisto Lado and people of Equatoria to lock them in the blue house prison to continue grabbing their land. The evidence is that Kalisto is already behind bars. Secondly, the Bari tribe and other Equatorian have been silent, and the land is taken. Equatorian citizens suffered under the threat of Thiik Machar Kiir’s family regime. This is the similar scenario Thiik Thiik is currently campaigning and mobilising other Warrap youth to imitate the “𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐢” based on recent released video circulating on social media. Thiik, whatsoever is in your mind, do not forget Awan Chan is not far from Abyei and expect the worse than you thought. Which Equatorian or other communities are they deputy Mayor in Awan Chan Nyal or other states and three administrative areas? This is the breach and violation of undermining South Sudan Constitution because of the power you believe your family own. Mayardit’s family and relatives destroyed South Sudan reputation under elite of JCE.
𝟏.𝟏 𝐀𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫
One thing you must understand is that Awan Chan Nyal never had border with Abyei region. In your own believe, Mayardit leadership empowered you to involve in Ngok affairs and attempted to favour Twic to annex Ngok land? Is it because Mayardit’s family is in power to grab Ngok land and give it to Twic by force? You must understand one principle in life just in case if you do not know and that is the land of Abyei and South Sudan that took our families’ live including my father. The sons and daughters of Abyei have paid heavy price for what your family is now targeting us and other minority communities/ethnic in South Sudan. But we will never give up. The reason south Sudanese are quiet while your families are terrorising the entire country does not mean everyone is fear of you. It is a matter of time to retaliate to all the worst you have inflicted such as hatred speeches, power abuse, humiliation, unknown gunmen killing under your tasks in Juba, intimidation etc. There is land in Awan Achan gives it to Twic like the same way Twic took “𝐑𝐚𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐢𝐧” by force from your people and stop talking rubbish about Ngok land. Do you think the hate speech you use to inflict conflict will resolve anything? If Twic bribe you with their daughters as they are known with that culture then you cannot intimidate Ngok and give away our land for your personal interest, that is a liar. There is no room to provoke Abyei sons and daughters in our watch. Thiik clearly proved that he is the key player in fuelling intercommunal conflict between Ngok and Twic. For example, Thiik attended numerous Twic fundraisers and some private meetings to express that he is supporting them and proclaimed that Aneet is belong to Twic on many occasions. “𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝. Conversely, when ethnic and political violence ignited between Ngok-Twic, Thiik is responsible and must be held accountable for his criminal act. Not only in south sudan that that your family own the law but another significant avenue to punish you. Thiik’s involvement to support the violence indicates that the conflict between both sisterly communities will never stop. Thiik did not see enough number of Ngok-Twic dying and this is the purpose of instigating more bloodshed as more SSPDF are deployed in Aneet town in Abyei Special Administrative Area to disarm Ngok youth and practice genocidal. This is supported by Bona Malual Madut from Twic who have been weighting war from the first place and gained ally with South Sudan’s vice president, Hussein Abdelagi Ayii’s rebel elements. Mr. Ayii was responsible for 2005 and 2008 Abyei attacked including the killing of Ngok nine chiefdoms paramount chief late Kuol Deng Kuol (Known as Kuol Adol). More than hundred lost lives, and thousands of people were displaced. Abyei people are well-educated, intellectuals, prominent public figures that are considerable to influence in the political arena from the international, national, and local level. This is the reason our people are being the central victim of hatred. Thiik Thiik has no basic education backgrounds but giving orders based on his village mindset. The degrees and masters that are purchased from the university institutions are not counted to grant you a qualification because he had never stepped his feet at university.
𝟏.𝟐 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐢𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐢 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞
Thiik Thiik Machar previously married Abyei lady, but his ex-wife divorced him because he was not responsible man but an abuser and known for women violence. He is an arrogant, manipulator, aggressive person with bad personalities, radical, and inability to obey his in laws. These are the reasons why Mr. Machar Salva Kiir has grievance against Ngok, use his anger and abuse Ngok community. Thiik sided with Twic and fight Ngok both indirect and direct war. The dark side of Thiik his involvement in the struggle between both sisterly communities for political power at the expense of confronting Ngok people. He is infidelity man to use his father’s power to humiliate Ngok because of his personal gain.
𝟏.𝟑 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Ngok community made it publicly on 10/02/2022 until today when Twic attacked the civilians in Aneet and other areas in South Kiir including northern part of Abyei town. South Sudan government had hidden agenda but fear how to confront Dinka Ngok directly but used Twic as their shield elements to fight Dinka Ngok the war that is not theirs. After Titbaai forces of Ngok defeated Titweng rebels, then SSPDF invaded Aneet on behalf of Twic and that president Salva Kiir and his elite Jieng Council of Elders (JCE) from Warrap State planned to build airport in Akon, the hometown of the president in Warrap state. The aim is to annex South Kiir and Aneet, Agok of Ngok because of recent resources discovered to control the territory and use it as the mining site and transport to Akon airport. Salva Kiir made it noticeably clear in the past that he is not going back to war because of Abyei issue.
However, Mayardit is now using his son Thiik Thiik Machar or nephew whatever name fit him to command the South Sudan People’s Defence Forces (SSPDF) to force Ngok out of their land because it is easy war to win against people of Abyei. Mr. Machar and his father are working hard to ensure that Ngok land must be taken by any measures because the family is in power to abuse the minority ethnic. South Sudan leadership cannot give you power to give away other communities’ land to be favoured and eliminated minority ethnic. The land of Ngok will only be taken away when you kill all Ngok on earth, and none left. Period!!!
𝟏.𝟒 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐢𝐤’𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬
South Sudanese citizens are blindfolded and someone like Thiik abuses his power to silent the voiceless people. In a country with democratic justice, Thiik cannot be seen in J1 (Presidential Palace) because the roles of deputy mayor are limited to the local government not central government where he is currently. South Sudan government turned out to be the family government. You can only be praised if you keep sing SPLA/M slang songs and being a government supporter, then you are accepted as a good citizen. Such attitudes and bullies cannot be tolerated in Abyei society. The nation resources have been stolen through corruption, nepotism by Mayardit’s family who dominated the whole country budgets. Thiik has an upper hand and played key significant role under his father’s government over an extended period in helping to organise regime support. The family stole multi-billions of US dollars for the nation via illegal money laundering to the neighbouring countries, purchase properties for their families in abroad, sign fake projects, and contracts to misuse the public money.
The current active servants from the army, police, national security organs etc do not get pay for six months or more but the deployment of foreign troops into the country and getting huge payout. This lack of the military trust is due to the tribal soldiers and not professionally trained and integrated into the national army. The fear of being insecure foster the security threat from the opposition groups, and the military challenges. The national resources are sold in advance to enrich themselves instead of investing for the future generation. If south Sudanese citizens are not careful and get rid of the current regime, the nation will be taken by the foreigners due to an outstanding unpaid debt. The citizens will be homeless. All these complex issues occurred because of Thiik’s involvement and play crucial roles to disadvantage the minority communities of the sixty-four (64) ethnic groups in South Sudan.
𝟏.𝟓 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐢 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝
If Twic annexed Abiemnhom land and chased them away, then this worst-case scenario cannot be applied in Ngok land. Was it law in Akon or Awan Chan examines you to dive and stay under water for half an hour or more to prove that land or river is belong to that community? Your statement is baseless and had nowhere to be proven right. Thiik Machar must understand that this is not Abiemnhom. It became clear that Thiik is truth example of land grabber from Awan Chan of Warrap state under his family leadership humiliation. Thiik is the masterminded of inciting the violence and killing of innocent civilians across the country while busy looting our resources.
𝟏.𝟔 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐠𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞/𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞
Thiik and Hussein Abdelagi Ayii ordered Lt. General Akuei Ajou of SSPDF division three (3) overall commander in Mijak Kol last year, ambushed and assassinated late Mayot Kunit Miyen, the former Rumamer county commissioner and former Minister of Physical infrastructure and Planning on 19/11/2023. Then Mr. Ajou coordinated the second ambushed and assassinated Hon. Noon Deng Nyok, Deputy Chief Administrator of Abyei Special Administrative Area on 31/12/2023 with his two bodyguards, two national security VIP personnel, and the driver. Therefore, Mr. Lt. General Ajou was moved to another military barrack after his mission was achieved.
In addition, Thiik is currently planning a massive military campaign in Abyei with the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) watch. His key government generals engage in preparing, launching, and conducting an attack on the civilians in Abyei land. We strongly condemn Thiik’s move and must be held responsible for participating genocide in Abyei. The evidence is that Rumamer commissioner, Hon. Ayuel Kiir who was ambushed and survived the targeted assassination planned with the loss of three bodyguards. The minister of the local government and law enforcement, Hon. Abionweng Majith also survived an attempted assassination while being received from the airport by the Hon. Ayuel Kiir on Sunday 07/04/2024. Now, Thiik Thiik has been assigned to assassinate Rumamer county commissioner, Hon. Ayuel Kiir and plan to cause mass destruction of Ngok in Abyei. This evidence is proven based on the current illegal disarmament of Abyei youth is sign of plan and unacceptable act. Misseriya are not disarmed, and this is another way of leaving Ngok to be helpless and vulnerable. Mith Abyei, please do not let the disarmament take place. This agenda must be resisted and not be tolerated because we have been ignored and neglected for many decades. The purpose of stationed one thousand and five hundred soldiers plus in Aneet is give Titweng Twic illegally access to enter Aneet as private snipers to target the key senior Abyei government officials and local leaders. Titbaai Ngok must be on high alert and ensure they are monitoring their movements including SSPDF.
𝟏.𝟕 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐚𝐢 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥
Titbaai is a locally voluntarily Abyei youths who have lost their families, properties, and decided to join hands together to protect the interest of few remaining relatives, parents, families, and self-defence of their land from an aggressive enemy. Titbaai will focus to protect Ngok territory, observe, and target those illegal snipers in the areas across Ngok land and eliminate them. The present of SSPDF who are stationed in Aneet must be deployed outside Abyei Box and move to Akuur border Ngok-Twic. Titbaai have their rights to provide the security to the vulnerable civilians, play influencing role to enhance a political institution to protect their rights and privileges. Titbaai has right to bring free democratic reform, democratic movement, freedom of speech, civic rights, power to appoint or nominate their leader of Ngok choice without Juba government involvement, accountability, transparency, and democratic constitutional changes in Abyei. In contrast, Titbaai will denounce nepotism, corruption, ethnic discrimination and bring fair and free speech in Abyei territory.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐲𝐞𝐢.
