Interesting times for fake news factories!

The Ministry of Trade was quick to rebut the trending news on the petroleum prices

*IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE*

The general public is advised to discard a fake notice indicating an increase in the pump price of petroleum products in the country.

There is no such increase now and in the foreseeable future. The notice is a mischievous creation from opposition party operatives who are desperate to smear the image of the government on the eve of elections.
