Over the past six months, I've had an incredible opportunity to enhance my leadership skills, expand my network, and engage with some of the brightest minds across Africa. 🌍💡

This journey has been transformative, equipping me with the tools and knowledge to drive positive change in my community and beyond. 🌱🌏

I want to express my gratitude to the YALI team, my fellow participants, and all those who have supported me throughout this journey. 🙏

Now, it's time to put this newfound knowledge into action and continue working towards a brighter future for our continent. 💪

It is an amazing experience with YALI Regional cohort 42 online training. Climaxing the training with a great sense of responsibility in a unique community service with marvelous autistic children was utterly splendid.

I felt privileged to serve as a teacher in a spectacular manner that was a great learning experience in supporting Autistic children as part of our community service work and post training activities.

Serving as a giver, playmate, classmate , waiter, director at Sahid Autism Foundation with differently able children was remarkable.

I enjoyed learning about autism and hope to use that knowledge in future where necessary.

Autism is behavior disorder not witchcraft or demonic.

My interactions with Amos and Henry who are the 'Stephen Hawkins' of our time made me realized that we have geniuses in their own rights.

Thank you YALI for the improving my network, leadership skills and the practice with different Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

The different courses in my Civic Leadership track and other disciplines helped me to grow over these past months.

Thank you Sahid Autism Foundation, Calabatown, Freetown, Sierra Leone for the opportunity to serve.

Endorsement of Isaac Muckson Sesay for President of CCMT-SU

All Canadian College of Modern Technology Students Union (CCMT-SU) students are waiting eagerly for their servant leaders Isaac Muckson Sesay and his vice-to-be Sonny Swaray (Coach) to become the president and vice-president respectively of Canadian College of Modern Technology Mile 91, Sierra Leone on the 15th February, 2021.
Isaac Muckson Sesay is a qualifying year student in the department of Business Information Technology (BIT). He has been an influential leader in his department and on campus as a whole.
His skills in public speaking at numerous events has help to shape students’ phobia in public speaking. Isaac the servant leader has served in the past student union government at CCMT as the minister of finance where he was responsible to keep and prepare standard financial records and budgets.This experienced leader was able to create the first students` union bank account which was highly appreciated by the students of CCMT.
He also served voluntarily in the ministry of information of the students’ union of CCMT where vital information was disseminated to students and on time. In his generous mind he has been organizing tutorial classes for students in his departments and helped other departments through his formidable tutorial team called ‘your careers matter.’Mr. Sesay is always considered a role model and a peace ambassador for his efforts in resolving disputes among students. His strategic thinking ability has aided the student union and his departments to make informed decisions.
The skillful advocate has been advocating for students in many different ways. New students on campus over the years appreciate Isaac’s effort in directing them throughout their application and registration process to enter the college.
He is trustworthy and his human relationship is so encouraging that new students could easily believe in him and always want to be around this gentle man.The ‘young author’ as he is normally called when he wrote the book ‘How to become successfully with your talents- unlock and exceed your potentials.’ This personal development book has help students identify and develop their talents and discover their right career paths.
Personally, he has earned a certificate in: Personal Development, Civic Leadership, Advocacy, Social Entrepreneurship and Community Development in (The Gambia, Banjul).
In 2018, he founded the organization called: Dream Builders Initiative Network-DBIN which is for entrepreneurship and personal development.He recently won the Special Recognition Award for being the youngest author of the year in Yoni Chiefdom, Tonkolili district by the Yoni Excellence Award on the 27th December 2020.Mr. Sesay is one with a vast national and international leadership experience.
Therefore, students of CCMT your servant leader, author, social entrepreneur and educator is the best candidate for CCMT students` union presidency. At this juncture, I want to join the majority Students populace of the Canadian College of Modern Technology in endorsing and requesting for you to vote Mr. Isaac Muckson Sesay as your president and Sonny Swaray for vice-president on the 15th February 2021.Vote Team Isaac-Your Careers Matter.
