History is said to be made again as the Minister of Lands, Housing and Country Planning Dr. Turad Senesie takes President Bio's re-election campaign to the riverine communities in Sierra Leone.
The Minister who has of recent made bike riders and Keke riders land owners in Sierra Leone, has stopped at no point in ensuring President Bio's re-election at first ballot on June 24 this year.
It could be recalled that the Minister of Lands is one of the most vibrant apointtees under President Bio who has placed plenty of smiles on the faces of fellow Sierra Leoneans.
Dr. Turad Senesie believes that, President Bio's government believes in total inclusion and that every vote counts and thus the reason he is reaching the hard to reach communities to preach the Gospel while the main opposition remain confused ahead of June 24 2023.

The Chief Executive of NPPA Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray has on Tuesday 6th June 2023 romanced with members of the SLPP ETU CHAPTER at the Common Room Eastern Technical University.
The NPPA BOSS in a swift response to answer the call of members of the SLPP ETU CHAPTER, presented the sum of five million old Leones (Le 5,000,000) and pledged an additional five million old Leones and one hundred T-shirts inorder to facilitate the movement of members for the next two SLPP campaigns in Kenema before June 24.
Chief Swarray appreciated members of the SLPP ETU CHAPTER for believing in the course of President Bio and by extension the SLPP.
He said the items presented were done on behalf of the President and the First Lady as a boost to the Chapter.
The NPPA BOSS on behalf of President Bio also pledged his commitment towards the progress of the chapter, hence in the interest of the SLPP.
He informed them that SLPP is the only political party that can take the country to the promise land and therefore, encouraged members of the SLPP ETU CHAPTER to remain focus and ambitious towards the victory of President Bio on June 24.
He ended up by telling them that, a straight win for President on June 24 should be the focus while other issues will come after.
In response on behalf of the chapter, Chairman Mr Swarray appreciated the NPPA BOSS for his timely response in a short notice.
He said since the start of the campaigns,they have long been yearning to meet with the NPPA BOSS and therefore described the meet as historic again.
Mr Swarray assured the NPPA BOSS of the Chapter's autmost commitment towards the victory of the SLPP during the first ballot on June 24.
He acknowledged that the interventions of the NPPA BOSS in working towards the good image of President Bio and the SLPP are allover Sierra Leone which makes him completely different from other appointees.
They expressed great joy having Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray in their midst as one of them and prayed for more collaboration moving forward.

In the early hours of the official campaigns ahead of the June 24 general pools, the Chief Executive of the National Public Procurement Authority, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray (MCIPS), has embarked on various developmental strides in Blama small Bo Chiefdom Kenema district.
His developments include, *Ongoing construction of a community center, fifty bags of cement, a large quantity of iron rod plus a fiscal cash of ten Million old Leones for the fencing of the Blama Bondo bush, full DSTV package with plasma and six months subscription to members of the newly constructed united Nyawa Ataya base, twenty five solar lights among others*.
The NPPA BOSS has also promised to make a quick fix by providing more solar lights to small Bo, Kandu Leppiama, Nyawa and Langurama chiefdoms Respectively ahead of the June 24 pools.
During a quick stop at the ongoing construction site of a community center in Blama by Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray on Saturday 27th May 2023, he (NPPA BOSS) provided a morale booster of One Million and five hundred thousand Leones to workers as he promised to complete the said work in a not too distance future.
These interventions by Chief Brima Swarray have rendered the APC hopeless in Blama and by extension Kenema district, "according to stakeholders in Blama".
The Paramount Chief of Small Bo chiefdom PC Dafie Benya praised Hon. Moigua for his strength and willingness in making sure things continue to work well for the people of small Bo Chiefdom.
In their interface with the NPPA BOSS, members of the Wisdom Ataya Base in Blama town received the sum of One million old Leones as they also stand the chance to benefit with a full DSTV package plus six months subscription from the NPPA BOSS.
In all of his presentations, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray stated that he is only a messenger of President Bio and will continue on that trajectory.
He said President Bio and his wife deserve to be praised for all he is doing for the people of Blama Community and beyond.
Chief Swarray went further to indicate that the best thing that has ever happened in Sierra Leone is when the SLPP is in governanace while describing any vote cast in favor of another political party other than the SLPP as a waste.
Chief Swarray emphasized on President Bio's desire in putting Blama to the lime light interms of development amidst his second inning.
Members of small Bo chiefdom who were perceived to be members of the APC confessed their loyalties for the SLPP.
The NPPA BOSS was accompanied by the former Mayor of Kenema city Thomas Karimu Baio, former district council Chairman Mohamed Amadu Sesay, Barrister Alice Kornya Sandy, the national Organizing secretary SLPP Hon. Musa Peter Moigua, to name but few.
Through the NPPA BOSS, President Bio and his wife were highly appreciated for their interventions towards the progress of Blama Community as they look forward for more.

One of the newly approved Parliamentary Candidates of the ruling Sierra Leone People's Party (SLPP) for Kenema District, Solicitor Alice Kornya Sandy has today, 10th May 2023 visited Combema, Kpavva, Konabu, Kpiema, Malleh, Neikabu, Kpalu, Jurmu Kafebu, Komende Station, Vaahun and other places in Constituency 016 of Kenema District on the second leg of her village-to-village tour, aimed at thanking the people, particularly of Constituency 016 for giving her the opportunity to serve as their upcoming Member of Parliament.
Speaking to her people during the tour, the first female MP Candidate in the history of Uper-Nongowa Chiefdom, Kenema District, Barrister Alice Sandy highlighted some of the achievements of President Julius Maada Bio over the last five years. She pleaded with her constituents to re-elect President Julius Maada Bio comes June 24th, 2023.

I have kept my lips sealed for some time now, not to say anything in respect of the formation of the "Alliance." I have been putting the comments together, and a summary from the opposition parties is that the Alliance is to fight opposition parties. If that is your understanding, then you are missing the point.
The Alliance is about putting "Sound Minds" together with a similar vision for sustainable national development in SierraLeone. President Bio was a head of state during the military regime. He had a dream to build a country to compete with the West in terms of outlook and the economy. But there was no time to fulfil that dream. He came back with a renewed energy, very enthusiastic, but unfortunately, two shocks(corona and Ukraine war) dampened his dream once again. Having navigated his way through these shocks, he now believes his second term is the term of his LEGACY. It is evident that he is winning the coming elections, and he is not waiting to put a team together after elections. His strategy now is to have a formidable team of like minds for the task ahead. The most critical minds are needed irrespective of colouration. He is aware of that and moving fast to get that team in readiness for the job. While others are looking for a state to collapse with no consideration òf its impact on the very people supporting them, this alliance will help to not only continue to shape policy focus, but tell the actual story of Sierra Leone through fast forward developments and the need to be together in the face of evil, violence, tribal bigotry, public insults including mamny cuss and blackmailing of our country. So the alliance is not about fighting an opposition but to put together like minds to think Sierra Leone and behave like Sierra Leoneans. We have to believe in our country and negate the actions of those who are bent on destroying their country using all the bad and ugly means just to attain power. Opposition parties who believe it is time for Sierra Leone to move are welcome to join this fast-moving development train. If you cannot come as a team, individuals, well meaning Sierra Leoneans are welcome to join the "Alliance".

H.E President Bio is set to commission a 40,000 liters of water storage facility at Bo Government Secondary school this QOBBA.
The commissioning event is said to take place on 7th April this year.
The 40,000 liters of water storage facility project is funded by the Chief Executive of the National Public Procurement Authority Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray (MCIPS) through his foundation, and will be commissioned in the name of the oldest existing Bo school boy Dr. Sama Siama Banya with admission number 592.
The facility is connected to all dormitories at the school inorder to ensure safe, pure and adequate water supply to pupils attending the school.
It could be recalled that Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray has been very supportive towards the success of the New Direction's manifesto in all spheres of development especially education which remains the flagship program of President Bio.

With Funds from Road Maintenance Fund Administration, the honourable member of Parliament who also doubles as the National Organizing secretary of the Rulling SLPP Hon. Musa Peter Moigua has commissioned the construction of twelve(12) culverts in constituency 011.
The official commissioning event took place on Saturday 1st April 2023 in one of the beneficiary towns Kpetewoma small Bo chiefdom in Kenema district.
Three contractors namely Amerikin construction and general merchandise, Gbaama and Kpangay construction companies respectively, have been awarded the contract for the said work.
The twelve culverts will be constructed from Kpetewoma to Yorvuhun town in small Bo chiefdom Kenema district.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the chiefdom speaker of small Bo chiefdom Chief Ishmael Koroma who served as chairman and PC representative at the ceremony, admonished all three contractors to make sure a proper work is been done in the best interest of the people.
He said as constituents, they will resist any contractor who may tend to do a sub- standard job for the people of constituency 011.
Chief Ishmael Koroma hailed Hon. Musa Moigua for his numerous projects he has undertaken for the people of constituency 011 before his inception as MP to date.
The honourable member of Parliament Hon. Musa Peter Moigua in his submission, thanked the entire membership of SLPP and President Bio for bringing the said project to light.
He pointed out that the journey for the construction of the twelve culverts for his people started since 2017.
He went further to thank God Almighty for finally ensuring the reality of the project.
Hon. Moigua appealed to representatives of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority present for timely payment to contractors to avoid delay in the work.
According to the MP, the work will commence with immediate effect and is expected to be completed before the 2023 pools.
On behalf of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority, Ing. Paul Demby Director of maintenance, expressed delight over the zest of the people in constituency 011 for the said development especially the member of Parliament. He indicated that the MP has already exhibited high level of leadership qualities considering the fact that his strides in making sure the project comes to reality started before his inception as MP.
He assured the people that they will do everything humanly possible to ensure a smooth work by all contractors till completion especially regards payment.
He reiterated that, the project will be completed before the June 24 pools.
He finally advised all contractors to stick to the contract specifications for the good of all, while calling on beneficiaries to own the project and channel their complaints through the appropriate stakeholders where they feel dissatisfied.
Authorities in the beneficiary towns expressed their autmost gratitude to their MP and the President for the project.
They said, they are ready to give a block vote to the SLPP and President Bio come June 24 2023.

For over fourty years since the construction of the temne Masjid which serves as one of the biggest masjids in Kenema city, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray is the second person to consider its rehabilitation according to officials of the masjid.
This according to senior officials of the masjid,has already gone into the books of history.
This was disclosed during the Friday Jummah prayers by the lead Immam while delivering the Friday sermon.
The Imman went further to state that, they have have seen Chief's massive intervention in rehabilitating masjids in other places, and therefore on behalf of the Temne Masjid expressed their greatest happiness to see the light finally shines upon them.
He said during the best legacy for mankind is the work of Allah and therefore indicated that, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray's name is already in Allah's favourite kingdom.
As history also unfolds that the early life of the NPPA BOSS in Kenema is highly connected with the temne Masjid, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray has vowed to offer more to the temne Masjid in Kenema until a more befitting status is achieved.
Currently, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray has started the rehabilitation of the temne Masjid with tilling as the work is said to progress to another stage shortly.
The excitement by the congregation was allover the place as they ushered prayers for the NPPA BOSS, PRESIDENT BIO and the People of Sierra Leone.
While addressing the congregation at the masjid after the Jummah prayers, the NPPA BOSS said, the Sierra Leone People's Party frowns at any forms of discrimination especially tribal sentiment.
He said the rehabilitation of masjids is in consonant with President Bio and a deliberate intention to strengthen religious home citing that, prayer is very key towards the progress of any nation.
He applauded President Bio and her wife for always being supportive towards the progress of Kenema.
He called on authorities of various religious homes to continue praying for the nation so that the best will continue to be fall us all as a nation.
A tour led by authorities of the temne Masjid was taken to see ongoing progress and ones that need further interventions.

With support from the European union, Mr. Mohamed Amadu Sesay former Chairman Kenema district built an ultra modern market in Blama small Bo chiefdom in Kenema district.
The ultra modern market has a good wash facility with spacious environment to host over five hundred business people in one market sitting since the said venue is known for hosting one of the biggest marketing events in the district on a weekly basis.
The market project according to Chairman O. Level Sesay, is part of President Bio's vision to ensure quality market for agricultural yields and to ensure improved market facility for women.
The market is one of the biggest market projects undertaken by any council over the past five years within Sierra Leone.
The said market is one of the reasons Chairman Sesay's critics have visioned him as the rightful Leader to continue as Chairman Kenema district come June 24th 2023.

Like the midas touch, everywhere he goes, dreams metamorphose to reality on daily basis.
Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray who is now a household name interms of development across Sierra Leone and beyond, was in Moyamba yesterday at the second episode of his foundation's academic challenge among secondary schools.
In the early hours of today 12th March 2023, the NPPA BOSS visited the construction site of the first ever regional Secretariat for Journalists in the east as floating work commenced.
The NPPA BOSS whose contribution towards the said project could be described as the Lion's share, was exited at the progress made so far towards the project.
It could be recalled that since the inception of the said project, the NPPA BOSS remains the major pillar towards the success of the said project.
He has spent millions of Leones just to make sure the project comes to a reality.
As his support to the media is enomous, he called on the media to keep thier head up saying, the media is capable of achieving whatever when they are a United force.
Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray ( MCIPS ) informed the Press that, the media has done a lot for Sierra Leone and therefore deserves to be treated as the hero they are.
He said his relationship with the media goes beyond political line adding that, most people in the media across the country are his friends, while some are his brothers and sisters and therefore, pledged his commitment towards the development of the media at all times.
As if it wasn't enough, he then made a quick check at Kormoru town Nongowa Chiefdom Kenema district where he is constructing a six class room building and a teacher's quarter.
The project is in line with President Bio's desire to ensure improved infrastructure in the education sector.
Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray has done immensely well for the people of Sierra Leone in all areas.
His development tentacles are all over Sierra Leone.

CHIEF IBRAHIM BRIMA SWARRAY CATCHES THE ATTENTION OF SCHOOL PUPILS IN MOYAMBA
In the bid of keeping the lineage of President Bio's finest agenda which is the Free Quality Education (FQE) under his wraps, pioneer and sponsor of the Ibrahim Brima Swarray’s Foundation catched the attention of dozens of school pupils during the Edition Two of its quiz and debate competitions held at the Moyamba District Council Hall on Saturday 11th March,2023.
Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray, President of IBS Foundation said in order to smooth President Bio's trajectory which is education, he as an individual encapsulated quiz and debate competitions for schools in the provinces. He affirmed that very soon the quiz and debate competitions would have a national flavour.
"This government wants to ensure that 90% of Sierra Leoneans are educated; because it is only when you are educated that you will have every other thing," Chief Swarray emphasized.
He urged the girls to embrace education and take chance of every opportunity that education would come with as there are loads of shinning gifts that go alongside with it.
Chief Swarray furthered that the leadership of President Bio gives regards to women, and that is the reason he endorsed the Gender Empowerment Bill which implies women's participation in decision making and women in leadership positions at various MDAs and private sectors.
Mohamed Sow, winner of the debate competition said he feels honoured for bagging such laurel. He appreciated the IBS Foundation for providing ten million Leones (Old Notes) cash prize for both the debate and quiz competitions for the second time.
Joseph Fatorma, winner of the quiz competition and pupil of the Moyamba Boys Secondary School said the manner in which he manifested his composure during the competition propelled him to emerge the winner. He revealed that aside of the materials given, he went outside his comfort zone to study another spellings within the Junior School Curriculum. Fatorma thanked the foundation for adhering to their compelling mandate.
Mannah Massaquoi, Country Director of the Ibrahim Brima Swarray’s Foundation said the foundation is here firmly to provide sustainable, effective and unbiased competitions to school going pupils across the country. He assured pupils at other quarters that the foundation would soon be at their doorsteps.
Prisca Anyalewechi, ECOWAS Volunteer and French teacher at the Saint’s Joseph Vocational Secondary School commended the Ibrahim Brima Swarray’s Foundation for such an outstanding initiative that is targeted towards inspiring school pupils, and steering passion in learning as well as education in general.
"This kind of program is very important especially when it comes to re-enforcing one retention and the ability to speak and spell words offhand, " Prisca said.
She noted that this is a perfect platform to identify potentials and equally nurture them altogether. Anyalewechi stated that she has never experienced quiz and debate competitions in such fashion where pupils are given fair level ground and enjoyable atmosphere. She appreciated IBS Foundation for such a legendary event staged for the second time in Moyamba.

*KONO ENJOYED THIRD EPISODE OF INTER-SECONDARY SCHOOL QUIZ AND DEBATE COMPETITIONS ORGANISED BY IBRAHIM BRIMA SWARRAY'S FOUNDATION*

Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray's Foundation has ended another hectic debate and quiz competitions in Koidu new Sembehun city in Kono.
On the theme, *Strengthening Civic and Non-Violence Engagement Through Quality Education for National Cohesion and Democratic Governance*, over twenty secondary schools competed for a star prize of Ten Million old Leones.
An academic challenge full of talents was showcased in Kono yesterday 8th march 2023 under the auspices of the biggest academic foundation known for the real across Sierra Leone, Ibrahim Brima Swarray's Foundation.
Fierced, tough, competitive,explosive, dramatic and thrilling are the few words to describe the momentum in koidu new Sembehun city in which over twenty secondary schools locked horns to clinch a whooping sum of Ten Million old Leones ( 10,000,000) set by the foundation.
Optimism to win the cash prize was placed at the top most priority of all participating schools, even though one cannot be the coach and the player at the same time.
The result of introducing the free quality education by H. E President Bio continues to show among Sierra Leonean children as parents who witnessed the epoch making event hosted by Ibrahim Brima Swarray's Foundation left many in great astonishment.
The debate and quiz competitions was full of drama and talent exhibition yet, everyone wasn't meant to wear the crown on the same day.
Cluny Secondary school emerged the toughest amongst them all in both quiz and debate.
The optimism among other pupils to wear the crown some day remain unshakable. Presentation of prizes to deserving pupils and schools was done by the President of the Foundation who triples as Chief Executive of the National Public Procurement Authority and Chief Promoter of President Bio's Free Quality Education, Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray (MCIPS).
Before the symbolic presentation of awards as usual, the NPPA BOSS told pupils in Kono that the dream of H.E President Bio is now a reality and it's left with them and their parents to distinguish between reality and fake.
He said education is the best tool to give a child pointing out that, the SLPP Government led by President Bio remains focus and willing to the course.
Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray continued to encourage Sierra Leonean children to continue taking their academic activities very seriously saying, what happened at the Fachima hall shows that their is a greater prospect for Sierra Leoneans amidst the Free Quality Education.
Ambiances of joy by various victors climaxed the occasion.

Critics have initially thought the move will be a day's journey, yet the NPPA BOSS ever believed that with President Bio,the lost glories will be revived and today, the writings are allover the walls. Today,the Ibrahim Brima Swarray's Academic Foundation has started exposing some of the early progresses made so far in the implementation of the Free Quality Education through the inter secondary school quiz and debate competitions across the country. The NPPA BOSS continues to touch almost every part of Sierra Leone with his development tentacles since his appointment as Chief Executive of the National Public Procurement Authority to date, complementing the effort of President Bio. Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray believes that in President Bio, lies the future of Sierra Leone.
