Part 1

"Fs" TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE ROAD TO SUCCESS
FEAR

Fear means to be afraid of something, to expect or worry about something wrong or unpleasant. Having anxiety means you’re not confident in yourself or in the goals that you have set before you. If fear is not dealt with, it can end up hindering your success. Considering what you have mapped out, you may want to start having doubts or being scared unnecessarily.

Fear cuts so deep like a machete and goes way to affect your life. It can harshly affect your ability to achieve personal or professional goals, develop a meaningful career, or experience happiness. How you deal with it or not will affect your ability to achieve and sustain success. Types of fear closely associated with success are :

• Fear of failure

• Fear of the unknown

That’s the more reason to address it. If not properly checked, you might eventually give up.

THE LITTLE I KNOW I MUST SHARE FOR A BETTER SIERRA LEONE.

TOPIC: GOOD GOVERNANCE AND RULE OF LAW

Good morning Sierra Leoneans.

Today January 18th 2023 as part of my mandate or a way to contribute to my country Sierra Leone development I want start discussing two strong pillars to Sierra Leone development. This two Pillers are *GOOD GOVERNANCE AND THE RULE OF LAW.*

First let us start by looking what the two means.....

GOOD GOVERNANCE: Is the process whereby public institutions conduct public affairs and manage public resources in a manner that promotes the rule of law and the realization of human rights (civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights). And

THE RULE OF LAW: Is the political philosophy that *all citizens and institutions* within a country, state, or community are accountable to the same laws, including lawmakers and leaders.

Since my focus is Sierra Leone my Mother Land I have a simple question that we need to ask ourselves at the same time answer.
Are leaders and law enforcers accountable to the same laws as the ordinary citizens in Sierra Leone?

God save Sierra Leone
God save Sierra Leoneans.

WE CALL FOR MORE WOMEN IN POLITICS.

One of the most courageous thing you can do as a woman is identifying yourself, know who you are, what you believe in and where you want to go.

*THE LITTLE I KNOW I MUST SHARE*

GOOD EVENING EVERYONE.

*Intolerance has no place in a society where our differences make us not only unique but stronger.*

Tolerance is a powerful word. It represents a set of values that we as a NATION hope to follow, conveying inclusion, openness and respect, and encouraging acceptance of others.
It is a virtue that many aspire to as it creates a COUNTRY (Sierra Leone) where discrimination is not accepted.

Sierra Leone must be more nationalize, diverse and multicultural than ever. Sierra Leone is currently in the state of regionalism, ethnicity, party color and tribal lines. In this old our country will never develop, so our differences must be address. Because in reality the interactions with people who hold different viewpoints to our own are something that we experience on a daily basis and we should be able accept them as brothers and sisters born and raised in the same country. Tolerance must be a necessity for peaceful coexistence in the Sierra Leone.

GOD SAVE SIERRA LEONE
GOD SAVE SIERRA LEONEANS.

Exactly gonna be 24 years tomorrow, rebel forces of the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council and the Revolutionary United Front (AFRC/RUF) invaded Sierra Leone's capital city, Freetown, in the early hours of January 6, 1999. The ensuing actions of the invading forces were characterized by extreme violence on particularly civilians in the forms of r**e, mutilations and summary executions, resulting in the deaths of over five thousand people and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of others.

This singular act dealt a shattering blow to the fledgling peace process that the country was pursuing at the time of the invasion. There was, therefore, a need to take urgent and concerted action to salvage the situation by first repelling the invaders and then bringing the peace process back on the rail. In response to this urgency, the civil society of Sierra Leone, under the aegis of the Civil Society Movement-Sierra Leone (CSM-SL), worked with all progressive forces, particularly the ECOMOG forces led by the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Government of Sierra Leone, to drive back the marauding rebels in the face of extreme danger and difficulties.

January 6th being a sad memorable date for us Sierra Leoneans. We are calling on all Sierra Leoneans living home (Sierra Leone) and abroad to please take this day a day of mourning, praying, reflecting on those that lost their lives and all other valuable part of their bodies.

We pray that the good Lord continue making a good way for them in Heaven and on Earth.

NOTE:
Those who overcome great challenges will be changed, and often in unexpected ways. For our struggles enter our lives as unwelcome guests, but they bring valuable gifts. Gifts of wisdom to know who's really your brother, sister and good friend.

You will face many defeats in your life, but never let yourself be defeated. For hope itself is like a star — not to be seen in the sunshine of prosperity, and only to be discovered in the night of adversity.
