1. Believe in yourself. This is the most important belief of all. When you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.

2. Set goals. What do you want to achieve in life? Once you know what you want, you can start working towards it.

3. Take action. Don't just sit around and wait for things to happen. Take action and make things happen.

4. Never give up. When things get tough, don't give up. Keep going and never give up on your dreams.

Earlier when I saw this picture.... didn't understand the meaning behind it... .

It turns out that the cat has seen a snake's tail sticking out of a small hole and the cat thought that it was a rat's tail, so he wanted to pull it and tease it until it came out... .

Then I realized that... This photo is the work of the famous Italian illustrator Marco Melgrati,

the meaning of his painting: "You never know who you're playing with, without knowing the risks, because we are packed with today's qualities like ignorance, show-off, hard work, quick solutions etc.".

In today's fast & busy life, what we see is only a tiny fraction of the truth....

If we see others suffering of health closely, their lives burdens on others, chasing hope, counting days, away from joy of celebrations, away from charm & professionalism etc. etc.

What're we doing ? We consider our human relationship and health conditions as rat's tail & never guess that the real cobra behind the wall.

So give priority to your human relationship and health. Never ignore your relationship and health conditions. Don't play with cobra's tail by considering it's a rat's tail.

Finally, life does matter, so relationship and health is important.

Remember this picture: You can't see the whole picture. If you could see the whole picture, you would understand that what we think of small, is actually much bigger than us.

So let's take care of your conditions & stay healthy. Hopefully, by and this you can help build awareness of Human Relationship and wellbeing.

This too is real, Our God is great and awesome. The picture below with a child of one year plus that was picked up by some Soldiers in Sambisa forest.

The child was spotted crawling in the bush by some soldiers that thought the child was used by some people to ambush them. They comb the Bush but found no one. So after a while, they watched the child crawled into a big hole after playing, tired and maybe hungry. They followed him gently as he entered the hole. The Soldiers looked inside the hole and saw a decomposed body of a woman from her waist down her feet, while from her stomach to her head was fresh, though dead. This child crawled into the hole whenever he’s hungry to suck his mother’s breast, after which, he comes out to play.

God is wonderful and worthy to be praised. God preserved that part of his mother’s body to feed the child, and only God Almighty knows how long ago it happened. God kept that child day and night from wild animals. God is wonderfully awesome, PRAISE HIM!
