There is issue with the Error 16, you might have sent your money for payment and it takes time for it to reflect on you TV, and you you’ll thinking your agent have not yet do the transaction. So to improve the understanding check whether you have the correct networking percentage, look the steps below and save:
Click Help button on the DSTV remote
Stroll down and click to General information
Stroll down and click to Tuner status

It will display the strength and signal quality of the decoder.

If the quality is below 40 percent to 29 percent it might not switch on, after the the subscription is made.

If the quality is above 40 percent to 80 percent ask you agent to refresh the Error code 16 for your viewing.
