Let’s go back in time…
Property prices 💵 in the 1980s was pretty low… HDB 3rm flat cost around $30,000…
Now in 2022 the cost is 10 times…$300,000 start to more than $450,000 for prime location…

Looks like it is a good hedge against inflation…
but what if you buy now ?

Will the price in 2060 be $³,⁰⁰⁰,⁰⁰⁰ ?
Maybe ….

For that price… you need to have an household monthly income of $𝟛𝟝,𝟘𝟘𝟘 upwards…
