Congratulations Chen Xing Tong!
The 15-year-old held her own against some of Singapore’s top female golfers to secure a spot to play at the HSBC Women’s World Championship. Xing Tong carded an even-par total over the two-day national qualifier, steering clear of the field with a 4-shot lead.
The aspiring amateur will now share the stage with some of the best golfers in the world, including Lilia Vu, Ruoning Yin, Celine Boutier, Minjee Lee and Jin Young Ko.
The HSBC Women’s World Championship will be held at the Sentosa Golf Club from 29 February to 3 March 2024.
