Community Care Organisations, through the Community Care Salary Enhancements (CCSE), had ensured that salaries in the sector are competitive to their peers in the public healthcare clusters. To date, more than 16,000 Comm Care Staff have already benefited from adjustment to their salaries.

Further, the introduction of the Community Care Salary Guidelines in 2024 enhances transparency for jobseekers and employees while reinforcing salary competitiveness across the sector. We can expect these guidelines to be updated in due time after the new enhancements to salaries for our public healthcare staff are implemented from middle of 2025.

These adjustments are a commitment by MOH and AIC to ensure that salaries in the Community Care sector remain competitive and reflect their contributions to Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem.
