Job responsibilities:
* Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day
* Ensure the smooth running of social media campaigns– from communicating to all members of the team including creatives, to facing clients and reporting to the account director.
* Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and TikTok
* Build a relationship with the clients based on a foundation of trust and respect
* Work closely with the creative team to influence the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations
* Work with content creators (influencers, content portals) to create sponsored content
* Work closely with our analysts to measure, analyze and report growth & success of social media accounts
* Researches and understands the brand, its category and its competitors to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on marketing and media trends
* Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to develop campaigns that cater to the client's needs
* Providing support to clients: preparing reports, handling feedback and resolving any issues that arise

Requirements:
* Preferred to have a diploma/degree in a relevant field such as communications or marketing
* Good communication skills across both written and oral
* Keen interest in social media and genuinely excited by digital technologies
* True team player who embraces collaboration
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A keen attention to details, articulate, resourceful and contribute ideas
* Well organized and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines
