余雪菱是白雪儿公司的创办人兼首席执行官(CEO) 。她拥有韩国留学2年时间与医学博士不断精心为敏感肌肤研发让顾客由内到外得到健康呵护的白雪儿产品，她的使命就是要带着专业皮肤管理师团队们一起努力帮助顾客完成梦想。同时她也拥有超过7年的销售以及团队领导经验，在2019创下新币百万总业绩销售额。成就非凡的她，在2020年7月份，荣获2020年度Niagatimes卓越女企业家奖，在2020年12月荣获2020年度Top 100 MIYE百大最具影响力青年企业家奖和2020年度金凤卓越企业家大奖。不仅如此，她也是新加坡Top 50 Tiktok短视频人气影响力人物，她也是OE杰青商学院旗下的行业讲师。她说：《第一个青春是上帝给的，第二个青春是靠自己努力的》。在创业路上，只有努力坚持不放弃保持正能量态度，积极向上，咸鱼都能翻身变金鱼。
