We’re expanding our team!⚡️

We are looking for a Full-time Junior Motion Designer to join our creative team. We require someone who is responsible, design and solutions driven, likes to be challenged to exceed their best and is determinedly creative.

Minimum qualifications:
* Degree or diploma with relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in Motion Graphics Design. (Preferable in an advertising/digital agency environment)
* A strong showreel with a range of motion, animation, editing and design work.
* Extensive skills and knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (experience in Cinema4D is a plus)
* Able to work around tight schedules and provide punctual delivery of projects.
* Genuinely passionate about motion design as a tool to solve problems and strong sense of responsibility.
* Creative and ideas driven with strong sense of Motion Design fundamentals.
* Essential to have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.

Human trafficking is a significant issue in the Philippines, often controlled by organized crime syndicates. It is a crime against humanity and everybody should do what they can to eradicate this issue from modern society.

When we were called on to animate one of a series of videos for the United Nations International Organisation for Migrants (IOM), we immediately agreed to take on this project.

In this episode, “Aisha’s Story”, it centers around Aisha’s recount and seeks to highlight the importance of safe migration for vulnerable populations in the Mindanao Region.
