When I let myself be the wide range of who I am, I feel at home. When I realize that I can be sexy as hell and still be smart as f**k and be taken seriously I thrive. When I feel hot as hell the whole f**king world is hot as hell. When I fully actually show up for myself and take myself seriously I feel so much better. When I say what I want out loud I feel bigger. When I dare to make up the most delicious dreams and goals I get f**king wet.
Giving myself permission to fully be me and to explore that is the biggest gift I’ve ever given myself.
There can’t be nothing better than this.

Do you agree? Rick Rubin has some great insights about creativity and I really enjoy his views on it. This quote is basically the K.I.S.S principal which is "Keep it simple stupid". And I say that A LOT to myself whenever I create anything.
It's so easy to as we say in Swedish "lägga fällben för sig själv" which basically means you make yourself trip because you make s**t harder than it has to be. I also like the thought of sitting in silence because there is so much gold in ourselves when we just sit and be.
I once sat in silence for 4 hours and I got over my fear of death that has been with me since I was a child and that s**t was freeing as hell. You ever just be? Like with no distractions at all? Just observing yourself and your thoughts? Seems kinda scary right?

GOD JUL! That’s how you say Merry Christmas in Swedish. Today we celebrate Christmas here! First time in 9 years alone. It’s so weird and strange but I’m so grateful I get to spend the whole day with my parents and my sweet sweet Ollie! My fave thing about Christmas is dad’s turkey. It’s always good and we only eat it once a year. I am also a gravy addict so I’m gonna hook that right to my veins. I’m so grateful for family, for my son, for all the people who have reached out to me when the going has been rough, for the fact that we have great food and health. I’m gonna take this holiday real slow and show myself some well needed kindness. Hope you all have a great day! 🎅

This is what it can look like when i want to draw and have an idea in mind. If i have an idea i sketch it out and try to get it to look like i picture it. In this case the promt was moth man and i wanted to make a moth that looks like a man 🤷🏻♀️ not the prettiest but no tracing. Its obviously more fun to have an idea and use no tracing. But i dont always have ideas or the energy to do anything else but trace like in the previous exempel.
I believe that all drawing is good for me and furthers me. Just holding the pen and making lines makes me better and my hand steadier. I dont know if any of this makes sense but i wanted to share my thoughts about drawing.

Today we got to design a new logo for our citys hockey team. My approach was to let the building they play in play the big part and the "indians" take the backseat. I also didnt want it to look like a typical hockey logo.
The first one was the one i decided to show the class the rest are rejects. Wich one do you like the most?
