Today is an one of the important day! My daughter's short meeting with Penpa Tsering Sikyong la. Even though he is very tight schedule, still he took out time for my daguhters. Very thankful and appreciated. My daughter's is inspired with this short meeting and he is very concern for our cause.
My daughter Tenzin Lodoe Choedon (President of Tibetan Community in Sweden Youth Group) says Sikyong rethoric is continuous, leaving no place for awkwardness. Both my daughtes admires his calm demeanor.
As a tibetan I am impressed by Sikyong. Sikyong is working hard, taking on duties of both president and ministers. In times like this, where a lot falls upon the shoulders of one man, we tibetans need to show support and gratitude for his hard work.

Tibetan Spiritual leader His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama will give a three day teaching on Nagarjuna's "Commentary on Bodhichitta" at the Kalachakra Teaching Ground in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India on 29-31, 2022.

On 31st December, His Holiness will confer the Blessing of 21 Taras.

On 1st January 2023, His Holiness will attend a Long Life Prayer offered to him by the Geluk Tibetan Buddhist Tradition at the Kalachakra Teaching Ground.

Sikyong Penpa Tsering and Representative Sonam Frasi had an hourlong meeting with Olena Rogozina, Business Lead at the Sweden Organization for Individual Relieve, SOIR-IM IM Individuell Människohjälp, at its office in Stockholm. The meeting with the SOIR-IM was also attended by Rinchen Tsomo, President of the Tibetan Community in Sweden, Nyima Sherlhokangsar and Mattias Björnerstedt , President of the Swedish Tibet Committee Tibetkommittén.

Prominent writer, award-winning teacher, environmentalist and founder of the first-ever literary website released from prison after more than 13 yrs, about 2 yrs short of his original 15-yr term.

At the time of his detention, Tsephel was working as an environmental officer for the Chinese government.

Tsephel co-founded the first-ever Tibetan literary website called Chomei (‘Butter Lamp’) with Kyabchen Dedrol, one of the most influential Tibetan poets who led the literary movement known as “The Third Generation of Tibetan Poets”, which is characterized by the “assertion of an independent, individualistic, subjective, and subversive spirit.”

Tack alla som deltar och är engagerade för "cykla för Tibet", vilket värmer mitt hjärta. Snälla, jag ber er att ta hand om er själva så att vi inte förlorar någon till det hemska Covid-19 🙏🙏🙏. Att tänka på sig själv är också att tänka på vårt samhället. Om det är någon som har en liten förkylnings symtom ska de helst stanna hemma 🙏🙏🙏. Jag ber er alla. My heart breaks for loosing all those tibetans to Covid-19. Loosing my own mother for it, it is unforgettable. CCP have taken everything from us tibetans. It's important that we don't Let CCP to take more from us tibetans and the world.
