Husband said to his wife – I am going out with my friends. She replied – Ok.
After a while, son said – Mother, i got my results for mock exams and it’s not good. Son expected to get a scolding from his mother but to his surprise, his mother calmly said – Ok. If you work hard you will be able to do good and if not you have to repeat semester. It’s up to you.
Next day, her daughter came to her and hesitatingly said – Mother, I smashed car. Daughter was scared that mother would get angry but to her surprise, she said – Ok. take it to car shop and get it fixed.
Seeing such reactions, everyone got worried and thought something could be wrong......A person who was usually irritated and grumpy, was now suddenly changed?
Everyone came to her and asked, “Is something wrong? Why are you acting so calm?” She smiled and replied, “It took me a long time to realize that, each person is responsible for their own life.
I realized that my anguish, worrying, anxiety, stress… doesn’t solve your problems but aggravates mine. I realized that i can only give you advice if you ask but it depends on you to follow or not. Whatever decision you take, its consequences good or bad, you will have to live with them. I am not responsible for actions of anyone. I realized that i can only control myself. My job is to care for you, love you, encourage you but after that it all depends on you to solve you problems and find your own happiness.
Therefore, I should remain calm and let each of you solve your problems yourself.”
Everyone at home was speechless. From that day on, the family began to function better because everyone in the house knew exactly what it is that they needed to do!

Indeed, people don't know the value of what they have until they lose it. Both the poor and the rich cry differently. Many of those women you see celebrating their divorce and separation from their spouses aren't truly happy. No one celebrates divorce, and if they are truly happy, they wouldn't celebrate it.

Many were gullible, and a lot were misled and deceived into leaving their homes, thinking that there was something better out there. But within a short time, the euphoria dies down, and reality sets in. Most of them cry silently, and the prominent figure, Tiwa, is one of them. If it's not a case of violence, sit down with your husband or partner and sort things out. Every relationship has its ups and downs; even twins fight and have issues.

The grass looks green on the other side from afar, but it's not the same when you get there. Guard what you have presently.

Listen, a GOOD MAN will place you ABOVE other WOMEN, he will RESPECT your FEELINGS and SET BOUNDARIES because he knows that CHEATING causes emotional trauma to any RELATIONSHIP or MARRIAGE.

DEAR LADIES, you are not a REHABILITATION CENTER for an unfaithful man. You cannot keep a GROWN MAN because you love him, rather a GROWN MAN keeps himself because he loves and RESPECT you. Nothing keeps a man who doesn't want to be kept. Stop fighting another woman over an IRRESPONSIBLE man, you will end up belittling yourself because of a MAN who doesn't value your EXISTENCE.

Stop tolerating cheating just to keep a MAN, the ENEMY of a woman isn't another WOMAN rather the ENEMY of a woman is the irresponsible man who lacks discipline and respect for his woman. What else would I have done, when I was been beaten almost everyday by my husband! Cried Angela as she opens up to tell her story. Her daughter just called her a wicked person for abandoning her with her father over 13years ago.

I had to run for my life, she explained. I knew if I took her with me, she'll loose the privilege of having a nice & safe environment to grow in and having a good education.
I had nothing! While I was with my husband, he refused that I work so I had no idea where I was going to begin on my own and subjecting a child to that uncertainty will be cruel so I had to leave her with your dad. He is rich with a big house, nice environment and he'll be able to see her through education to any level.

But today my daughter hates me for leaving.
She doesn't understand...... if I had stayed I would have been dead. I would not have been here for her to choose to hate or love. But yet, it hurts that the only person that means my very existence here on earth dispices me.

Should I have stayed because of her?

Life!....The pain I've been through, the countless times I have cried, no one knows how much I endured in the 12years I was married...... So before you judge any woman who choses to walk away from a toxic marriage or relationship, wait to hear her story. This is mine

I say this 'cos alot of stories I read about Steve Harvey during the break of the fake news of cheating by his wife, really got me perplexed 🙄..... People writing "inspirational speaker has been cheated on by his wife". Haba now!!

WORD!!!! 🙌.... Check on your BEAUTIFUL friends 👭👫💝

Of a truth, so many people have beautiful pictures on their profile, they post beautiful pictures maybe even daily but they are going through alot deep down and when they're alone, they most times cry themselves to sleep 😔.

On my way back home from work yesterday, I noticed a very beautiful lady, beautifully dressed, standing in the front row just a few rows away from where I sat in the tram. She had her head bowed all this while, I guess she caught my attention 1st because I was wondering why such a pretty lady will be so shy or rather have no self confidence even as physically endowed as she was....... Only for me to see that big tear drop down from her eyes straight to the floor 😢.
My heart skipped a beat ...... I wondered what it could be that she was going through, to the extent she couldn't keep back the tears. As I watched her, I discovered she couldn't control the tears.
I felt like going to offer her a hug, at least just to tell her to take everything easy..... but then the tram came to a hult......It was her stop, and she got off the tram. I watched her walking away into the foggy evening and before long I lost sight of her as the tram began to move away.

Moral from this: "BEAUTIFUL", "FINE", "HANDSOME", doesn't mean it's all ok sometimes. Please let's try to check on the people we Love and those around us. You never know, what a simple "Hello, how are you" or a simple smile or a hug, what these can do for someone 🤗🫂🥰.

On my way to work just now, I stopped by this coffee shop just right by my bus stop and thought why not indulge myself with a nice warm cup of coffee since my bus is still 10mins away 🤷‍♀️...... as the attendant served me my coffee she asked "would you like that I add more milk on this or is it ok?" No thank you, I said but wondered at the sarcasm 🤔...... the cup is already full, where did she intend to add the extra milk to? Didn't she think this will overflow my cup and probably mess everywhere?..... Hmmmm!!!! 🤔

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲:
Once a cup is full, no matter how nice the source is, it becomes impossible to add or give more otherwise it will end up being a mess instead of a blessing. The cup has to give away/allow me sip from it/bless me with it's goodness, before anyone can conveniently add to it again 👌.
Most of us are so blessed with talents, gifts, good message, riches, etc..... but keep our cup just standing there, we don't want to let the person/people close by drink out of it and when we do that, there is no room to recieve a more or a refill. Only two things can happen now at this point of "stagnant fullness" with a source waiting to add on....

🥇You loose the blessing of having fresh, new blessings added to you. So you remain with the old - No change in your life, No growth, forward movement 🤦‍♀️

🥈 You are greedy enough to request that more be added to your already full cup..... it begins to overflow and everywhere is being messed up! And now instead of nicely enjoying your life, you're running about cleaning up alot of mess, sometimes you may even be caught up cleaning around your cup & table, you even end up hitting the full cup of coffee and it spills unto the ground..... You loose everything 🙈.

Stop saving/hiding your talent God has blessed you with 🙌..... use your gifts & be a 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴!

I had someone pouring out her heart to me recently, saying all her friends are abandoning her 😭...... why me? What's happening? What wrong have I done that my friends no longer want to be around me? Most times we ask the wrong questions because of a truth, it's often times not about you! You did nothing wrong. What is happening is that, it is the time and season in your life that God wants to help separate you from the things that have been holding you back..... we can't see it, we can't understand it BUT God is actually fighting your course 🙏. Remember, you've been praying for deliverance, maybe breakthrough, maybe for healing or upliftment...... It just might be God's way of answering you since the "congregation" of friends you've been pulling along with you all these years might just be what has kept you down from getting that upliftment, that great success!
