1. Performing Ablution (Wudu):

Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas three times, blow into his hands, and wipe them over his body.

> "Allahumma bismika amootu wa ahya"
(O Allah, in Your name I die and live).

3. Dusting the Bed:
He would dust his bed three times before lying down to ensure it was clean and free from any harm.

حضرت محمد صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کی نیند اور سونے کے انداز کے بارے میں احادیث اور روایات میں بہت سی معلومات ملتی ہیں۔ آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم نے اپنی زندگی کے ہر پہلو میں اعتدال اور سادگی کو اپنایا اور یہ چیز نیند کے معاملے میں بھی نظر آتی ہے۔ یہاں چند اہم نکات پیش کیے جا رہے ہیں:

سونے سے پہلے کے اعمال:

1. وضو کرنا:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم وضو کرنے کے بعد سونے کو پسند فرماتے تھے، جیسا کہ وضو طہارت اور پاکیزگی کا ذریعہ ہے۔

2. دعا اور اذکار:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم سونے سے پہلے درج ذیل اذکار پڑھا کرتے تھے:

سورۃ الاخلاص، سورۃ الفلق اور سورۃ الناس تین بار پڑھ کر اپنے ہاتھوں پر دم کرکے اپنے جسم پر پھیرتے تھے۔

آیت الکرسی اور دیگر دعائیں پڑھتے، مثلاً:

> "اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا"
(اے اللہ! میں تیرے نام کے ساتھ مرتا اور زندہ ہوتا ہوں۔)

3. بستر جھاڑنا:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم سونے سے پہلے اپنے بستر کو تین بار جھاڑتے تھے تاکہ کوئی نقصان دہ چیز نہ ہو۔

4. قبلہ رخ لیٹنا:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم دائیں کروٹ پر لیٹنے کو پسند فرماتے تھے اور اپنا دایاں ہاتھ رخسار کے نیچے رکھتے تھے۔

سونے کا انداز:

1. دائیں کروٹ پر لیٹنا:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم ہمیشہ دائیں کروٹ پر لیٹتے تھے اور پیٹ کے بل سونا ناپسند کرتے تھے۔

2. اعتدال:
آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم زیادہ وقت نہ سوتے اور نہ ہی نیند میں غفلت برتتے۔ آپ رات کو تہجد کے لیے بھی جاگتے تھے۔

3. سادگی:
آپ کا بستر بہت سادہ ہوتا تھا، کھجور کے پتوں یا چمڑے کا ہوتا، جس پر نیند کے بعد جسم پر نشان پڑ جاتے۔

نیند سے بیدار ہونے کے اعمال:

1. دعا کرنا:
بیدار ہونے کے بعد آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم یہ دعا پڑھتے:

> "الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتنا وإليه النشور"
(تمام تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے ہمیں موت کے بعد زندہ کیا اور اسی کی طرف ہمیں لوٹنا ہے۔)

2. مسواک کرنا:
بیدار ہونے کے فوراً بعد آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم مسواک کا استعمال کرتے تھے۔

سونے کے طریقے کے فوائد:

دائیں کروٹ پر سونے سے دل پر کم دباؤ پڑتا ہے۔

سادگی اور اعتدال نیند کو مؤثر اور پرسکون بناتے ہیں۔

وضو اور دعا کے ساتھ سونا روحانی سکون کا ذریعہ ہے۔

حضرت محمد صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کے سونے کے طریقے نہ صرف روحانی فوائد کے حامل ہیں بلکہ جدید سائنس بھی ان کے طبی فوائد کو تسلیم کرتی ہے۔

عربی میں رٹی ہوئی دعائیں یا پھر اپنی زبان میں دعائیں مانگنا بہتر ہے؟

جس شدت اور انتہا پسندی سے ملاؤں نے عربی دعائیں رٹنے رٹانے پر زور دیا ہے، یوں ظاہر کرتے ہیں جیسے اللّٰہ تعالٰی کو عربی زبان ہی سمجھ آتی ہو (معاذاللہ). اس لیے لوگ دعائیں تو مانگتے ہیں لیکن ان کا کوئی اثر نہیں ہوتا، نہ وہ دعائیں ان کے دل سے نکلتی ہیں، نہ مانگتے ہوئے ان پر رقت طاری ہوتی ہے، نہ ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسوں جاری ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ بیچاروں کو ترجمہ ہی نہیں معلوم۔ لہذا لازم ہے کہ عجمی اپنی زبان میں دعائیں مانگے اور یاد کرے، اور اگر عربی زبان پر عبور حاصل تو وہ جس زبان میں چاہے دعائیں مانگے۔ لیکن میں دیکھتا ہوں کہ ہر مولوی عربی زبان میں انبیاء کرام علیھم السّلام کی دعائیں عوام کو سنا کر ان کو رٹنے کا کہہ دیتے ہیں، جب کہ اس کا ترجمہ سنا کر اسے یاد کرنے پر زور دیا جانا چاہیے۔ رسول اللّٰہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کی جتنی بھی دعائیں جو وہ مانگا کرتے تھے، ان سب کے ترجمے یاد ہونے چاہئیں، تاکہ جب اللّٰہ سے کوئی مانگے تو وہ اس کے دل سے نکلے، اس پر رقت طاری ہو، آنکھوں سے آنسو بہہ رہے ہوں، اسے معلوم ہو کہ وہ کیا مانگ رہا ہے، اور کس لیے مانگ رہا ہے۔

رسول اللّٰہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کا حکم ہے کہ عربی کو عجمی پر اور عربی کو عجمی پر کوئی فوقیت حاصل نہیں، اور اللّٰہ تعالٰی کا حکم ہے کہ اس نے لوگوں کو مختلف زبانوں میں بانٹا، لہذا یہ اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ کسی زبان کو کسی دوسری زبان پر کوئی فوقیت حاصل نہیں ہے۔

قرآن مجید میں مختلف زبانوں اور انسانوں کے رنگ و نسل کے اختلاف کو اللہ تعالیٰ کی قدرت کی نشانی کے طور پر بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ اس حوالے سے سورۃ الروم کی آیت 22 ہے:

آیت:
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِلْعَالِمِينَ
(سورۃ الروم: 22)

ترجمہ:
"اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کی پیدائش اور تمہاری زبانوں اور تمہارے رنگوں کا اختلاف۔ بے شک اس میں دانش مندوں کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں۔"

جس کو دیکھو وہ اٹھ کر بول دیتا ہے کہ لیٹرین جانے کی دعا، باہر نکلنے کی دعا، مسجد داخل ہونے کی دعا، باہر نکلنے کی دعا، کپڑے پہننے کی دعا، جوتے پہننے کی دعا، اور اسی طرح مزید دعائیں۔ سب کی سب عربی میں رٹی جاتی ہیں اور لوگوں کو ان کا ترجمہ معلوم نہیں ہوتا، اس لیے ان کو رٹنے میں بھی دشواری ہوتی ہے۔ اور اکثر یہ دعائیں بھول بھی جاتے ہیں اور جن کو یاد بھی ہوں وہ یہ سب کام کرنے سے پہلے دعا پڑھنا بھی بھول جاتے ہیں۔

اگر انہی دعاؤں کے ترجمے یاد کرنے پر زور دیا جائے تو لوگوں کے لیے آسانی بھی ہو گی، اور علم بھی ہو گا کہ کونسا کام کرنے سے پہلے انہوں نے کیا کہنا ہے اور کیوں کہنا ہے۔ یوں یہ دعائیں لوگوں کا معمول بن جائیں گی۔
سائل کو علم ہونا لازم ہے کہ وہ کیا اور کیوں درخواست گزار ہے؟ ورنہ سب بے سود ہے۔ واللہ اعلم و رسوله اعلم۔

🎉 I finally got a job!

Hello, everyone! I’m excited to share the end of a challenging journey and express my deepest gratitude to everyone who believed in me, supported me, and stood by my side.

Despite having three internships, a good GPA, and active extracurriculars, I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d be unemployed for five months. I lost my lease, my health insurance, and constantly felt the ticking clock of my visa status, knowing I could be forced to leave the U.S. at any moment.

For months, I moved between friends’ apartments, slept on air mattresses, and saved every dollar I could to get by. Today, I’m thrilled to share that it was all worth it—I’ve secured a full-time position as a Technical Support Specialist at Tesla!

I know the job market is very tough, especially for international students. مصیبت ، بیماری، تنگ دستی، مصائب ،آفات اور ہر طرح کی دنیاوی پریشانیوں سے تنگ آکر موت کی تمنا کرنا شرعاً جائز نہیں ہے؛ کیوں کہ بیماری وصحت ، مصیبت وراحت، انسانی زندگی کا لازمہ ہے،اور یہ سب تقدیر کا حصہ ہے، اور اس پر صبر کرنا، صبر کی قسموں میں داخل ہے، جس کے بدلہ اُسے اللہ پاک کی خوشنودی، اُس کی نیکیوں میں اضافہ اور آخرت میں درجات کی بلندی ملا کرتی ہے، یہی وجہ ہے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ’’ تم میں سے کوئی شخص موت کی تمنا اُس مصیبت کی وجہ سے نہ کرے، جو اُسے پہنچی ہے، اور اگر ایسا کرنا ضروری ہی سمجھے تو یہ کہے کہ "اے اللہ ! جب تک میرا زندہ رہنا میرے لیے بہتر ہے ، اُس وقت تک مجھے زندہ رکھ، اور مرجانا میرے لیے بہتر ہے تو مجھے موت دے دے"۔

خدارا۔۔۔!!!
خود کو اور اپنی بچیوں کو ان نام نہاد مینٹورز، انٹرپرینیورز اور انفلیونسرز سے بچائیے۔۔۔!!!

اگر آپ کی بہن، بیٹی، بیوی اپنے فون پہ اپنے کسی مرد استاد، کولیگ, یا پراجیکٹ منیجر سے روزانہ یا معمول سے ذیادہ بات کر رہی ہے تو اس پر نگرانی شروع کریں اور اس کو پہلی فرست میں بلاک کروائیں۔
کیونکہ توجہ چاہے کم ہو لیکن اگر مسلسل دی جائے تو وہ اپنا اثر رکھتی ہے۔

اور ہمارے آن لائن بیٹھے ان نام نہاد مردوں کے لئے کسی بھی خاتون کو مسلسل توجہ دیکر اپنی طرف راغب کرنا سب سے آسان کام ہوتا ہے۔

ہمارے معاشرے کے حساب سے گھر میں بہنوں اور بیٹیوں سے دوستانہ ماحول کم ہی رکھا جاتا ہے۔ ان کے اندر کیا چل رہا ہے وہ کیا سوچ رہی ہیں کیا کرنا چاہتی ہیں اس سب کو پس پشت ڈالتے ہوئے انہیں صرف شادی اور جلد دوسرے گھر پدھار جانے کی باتیں سنائی جاتی ہیں۔ نتیجتا یہ گھر سے ملنے والی ڈپریشن اور احساس کمتری کا شکار بچیاں گھر بیٹھے ہی کچھ کرنے کا سوچتی ہیں اور آن لائن فیلڈ کا سہارا لیتی ہیں۔ اور کچھ ویسے ہی گھریلو حالات سے مجبور اس فیلڈ میں آتی ہیں۔

اب سب سے پہلے تو انہیں دماغی بدکاری ذیادتی کے شکار لوگوں سے پالا پڑتا ہے۔ جن کا کام بس لڑکی کی آئی ڈی دیکھ کر اسے سلام و دعا، شعر و شاعری بھیجنا اور پھر ننگی ویڈیوز بھیجنا شروع کردینا ہے۔ وہاں سے نکلیں تو

اب آگے یہاں پر اکثر خوبصورت اور اپنی مارکیٹنگ سے خود کو بظاہر کامیاب دکھانے والے چہروں کے پیچھے گھٹیا سوچ کے لوگ بیٹھے ہیں۔
ان سے متاثر ان کو اپنا مسیحا ماننے والے لڑکیاں جب ان سے رابطہ کرتی ہیں تو یہاں پر بھی گند کی دو قسم کی نسلیں ہیں۔

ایک نسل تو ڈائریکٹ ہی کہہ دیتی ہے دوستانہ ماحول میں ہم بہتر گائیڈ کریں گے آپکو وغیرہ۔ اپنی تصاویر بھیجیں، ویڈیو کال پر آئیں تصدیق کروائیں کہ آپ لڑکی ہی ہیں۔

اور ایک نسل غیر محسوس طریقے آہستہ آہستہ ان سے روزانہ یا کچھ وقفے سے بات کرنا شروع کرتی ہے، جب اس فیمیل کو ان کی عادت ہوجاتی ہے اور مانوسیت بھی تو تب یہ اپنا رنگ دکھاتے ہیں۔

دونوں نسلوں میں ایک بات کامن ہے کہ یہ کم عمر یعنی اپنی بچیوں کی ہم عمر لڑکیوں سے بھی روابط بنانے سے نہیں جھجکتے۔

سب قصور انہیں کا بھی نہیں ہے کیونکہ اکثر گھر سے ملنے والے ڈپریشن اور احساس کمتری کی شکار لڑکیوں کو کوئی سننے والا چاہیے ہوتا ہے۔ جو بس ان کی سنے۔ اور وہ بجائے کسی اپنے کو یہ سب سنانے کے کسی اجنبی کو سنانا پسند کرتی ہین جو انہیں یا ان کے کسی فیملی ممبر کو نہ جانتا ہو اور وہ کھل کر اس سے سب کہہ سکیں۔ ایسی لڑکیاں ان بھیڑیوں کا بہت آسان شکار ہوتی ہیں۔

میڈیا ریسرچ کا سٹوڈنٹ ہونے کے بدولت جب ایک ایسی ریسرچ نظروں سے گزری تو دنگ رہ گیا۔ کہ آج کی خواتین اور خاص طور پر کم عمر لڑکیوں میں ڈپریشن بڑھنے کی سب سے بڑی وجہ یہی موبائل اور سوشل میڈیا کے ایسے روابط ہی ہیں۔

اس لئے اگر آپ اپنے گھر کی کسی فیمیل سے کسی مرد استاد، کولیگ یا انفلیونسر کی حد سے سے زیادہ اور مسلسل تعریف سن رہے ہیں اور اس مرد سے اس کی کمیونیکیشن بھی ہوتی ہے تو الرٹ ہوجائیں۔ کیونکہ وہ محسن کے لبادے میں چھپا ہوا شکاری بھی ہوسکتا ہے۔
