Ang ultimate goal of 100-10-20-70 is to shed some light kung paano mas mapa-improve ang ating personal finance.
Let me explain each sections of the Abundance Formula.
100% is your full potential, talent, skills or income.
In this strategy, the 100% is your monthly net income.
What is 10 percent?
#1 You Should Spend 10% Of Your Monthly Income To Your Tithes
The 10 represents a percentage amount of money you should return to God. We call it as tithes. One thing about tithes is that it provides opportunity to recognize our great Provider as the source of all blessings.
What is 20 percent?
#2 You Should Spend 20% Of Your Monthly Income Should Go To Your Investment Vehicles
The 20 represents a percentage amount of money you should set aside after returning your tithes. You can label it as savings or investment fund. This 20 percent fund is pattern to Josephโs advice to Pharaoh of Egypt about the plan of action to set aside certain portion from harvested crops to prepare for famine.
This is where you practice the โpay yourself firstโ habit. Once you get your monthly salary, immediately set aside the 20% and invest it in your portfolio.
Instead of paying your bills first, you pay yourself first. After you pay yourself, you live off with whatโs left to your money rather than the other way around.
By making this a habit, you turn a part of your monthly cash flow into income generating assets month every month.
This habit is why rich people stay rich. Rich people have investments that had accumulated and grew big overtime which gives them monthly cash flow exceeding beyond their living expenses.
Sad to say, a lot of people donโt practice this kind of habit.
What is 70 percent?
#3 The Remaining 70% Of Your Monthly Income Should Be Spent On Your Living Expenses
When tithes and the investment fund have been set aside, you must learn how to live with the remaining 70 percent of your income on your expenses.
Fixed Expenses are monthly expenses that by definition, are fixed. Utility bills, loans, insurance payments, credit card bills and mortgages are examples of these type of expenses.
On the other hand, Variable Expenses are expenses that vary. Food, household expenses, transportation, cellphone load, gasoline and many other expenses that varies as the day passes by goes to this category.
For example, if you are earning 20,000 pesos monthly, then you should return the 10 percent tithe (2,000 pesos) to God, then
save 20 percent (4,000 pesos) and live with 70 percent (14,000 pesos) as your expenses.
Do all of this stuff sounds difficult? Not really.
But the truth is, this particular part of the strategy is where most people fail because their lifestyles exceed their 70% income threshold.
Many Filipinos are suffering from chronic debts and financial distress is that they spend 100 percent of their income.
That is why before investing, you should make it a priority to settle all your debts first and learn to live within your means.
You may find the 10-20-70 formula hard to follow at first, but with strong commitment and dedication to improve your personal finances, there is no reason for you not to achieve your financial goals.
To prosperity, and beyond!
Lagi mong tandaan Kapatid๐
At mangyayari lahat ng gusto mo kapag ngayon palang malinaw na sayo at enu-umpisahan muna. ๐

REALIZATION
RESIBO is the best Motivation.
But take a look!!
Nung naghirap ka tumulong ba sya?
Nung wala kang pera nagbigay ba sya?
