Here are a few ways you can consistently show them that.
- Make it about them. Using the 80:20 rule; 80% of your content should be directed at adding value to your audience/customers while 20% is promotional content for your business.

- Make timely responses to their questions or clarifications.

- Show them how to do it themselves; and no, it doesn't mean you will lose them as customers. You will instead gain their trust.

- Be consistent. Don't leave them hanging for a long time.

- Follow up with them after a sale. They will know you care about which part of their problem was not solved. "
