Zen Look Film Festival allows film/video makers from around the world to showcase their work and receive recognition from film educators and professionals. Zen Look Film Festival was founded by a group of production professionals and university film professors who wanted to curate a festival based on two key ingredients: Theory and Practice. So often, media makers separate themselves into one of t

hese two groups and never look back. Our goal is to break free of this and expose makers to diverse forms of quality filmmaking. Documentary filmmakers should collaborate with music video artists, wedding videographers should mingle with experimental artists, etc. Our mission is to get media makers thinking across genres and styles to bring out the best in their own work. At Zen Look , we also want to highlight phenomenal filmmaking and recognize films and talents that may have been overlooked by larger, profit driven festivals. Zen Look Film Festival accepts all genres.
