In Mexico, where all food is eaten spicy, ice cream is also sprinkled with hot pepper. So if you find yourself in this country, do not forget, when buying ice cream, to ask that it be not spicy, otherwise you will remember this delicacy for the rest of your life.
The history of ice cream is older than it seems - the first mentions of it are found in Chinese chronicles five thousand years ago.
In Rus' they also made ice cream. The main ingredient for it was regular frozen milk, to which sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese were added.
