Ingredients:
✔️ Chicken fillet - 300 g
✔️ Champignons - 300 g
✔️Egg - 3 pieces
✔️Korean carrots - 200 g
✔️ Onions - 1/2 pcs
✔️Red onion - 1/2 pc
✔️ Cheese - 150/200 g

For refueling:
✔️ Sour cream 10% - 200 g
✔️ Lemon juice - 2 tsp
✔️ Mustard - 1 tsp
✔️Salt - 1/3 tsp

For decoration :
Olives and greens

Cooking method:
Boil chicken breast and eggs.
Fry mushrooms with onions.
Marinate red onions (lemon juice 1 tsp + olive oil) and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Allow the chicken fillet to cool and cut into small pieces. Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Collect salad:
Most conveniently done in a baking ring.
1. Put chicken on the bottom and grease with dressing
2. Then red onion
3. Mushrooms
4. Eggs and brush with dressing
5. Korean carrots
6. Cheese
7. Decorate the salad

Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes, then remove the ring and serve.
