Now we proceed to the most important thing. On the meat layer we spread half of the spinach filling and spread with a spoon 1/3 of the layer. Now we distribute half of the cheese on top, and finally, the nuts.
We turn into a roll. Of course, you can make one large roll and get a more impressive cut. But out of habit, I formed two small ones.
For reliability, I decided to tighten one edge with a thread first, then tie the whole roll tightly, and secure with a seam from the other end.
It's time to turn on the oven.
Now we heat the frying pan, grease it with oil and send the rolls to fry for 5-7 minutes. Thus, the meat will not only brown, but also "sealed": the resulting crust will retain more juice inside when further baked in the oven.
We remove the meat on a plate. We prepare the foil in two layers, put a hot roll on it, a sprig of rosemary or thyme on top and wrap it tightly. Send to bake at 180-200 ° for 40 minutes.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes outside the oven and unfold the foil.
Serving to the table. We love this roll, warm and fresh. It tastes best straight out of the oven, juicy and tender. But the next day, do not mind heating in the microwave.
