Finally, I am sharing with you a delicious cake recipe
Eggs - 2pcs
Sugar - 230gr
Milk - 150ml
Rust oil - 50ml
Flour - 200gr
Cocoa - 40g
Soda - 1 hour spoon
Baking powder - 1h spoon
Boiling water - 200ml
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, butter, beat, add flour mixture. Add boiling water and beat again until smooth. Pour into a 16-18cm mold, bake in the oven at 160g for 40-50 minutes. Cover the tin with foil so that everything is baked or divide the dough into two tins and bake at a time 👌🏻 I baked in a multicooker - baking mode, it was baked for an hour in a diameter of 18 cm.
Caramel cream sundae 🤌🏼
Eggs-2pcs
Sugar - 150g
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Sour cream 25% - 350g
Vanilla sugar - 10g
Butter - 200-250g
Boiled condensed milk / caramel - 150g
In addition to butter and boiled condensed milk, mix everything, stir and put in a water bath. Stirring over low heat until thickened, for about 7-10 minutes, the mass will turn out like semolina. Cover with cling film "vkontakt" and let cool completely. Beat the butter at room temperature, whisking, add a tablespoon of the custard mixture. (IMPORTANT !!! The butter and the custard mixture should be at the same room temperature) At the end, add the boiled milk, the Cream is ready. If refrigerated for an hour, it will become denser.
It is advisable to wrap the cooled cake in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight, and then divide it into cakes. We collect the cake, decorate as desired and you're done 🤗
