Our bakery is a family-run operation and all the knowledge, skills and expertise are shared by all the members of the family. They are all family-run businesses from a very early age. We all have lived in the same small village in the North West of England, from where we all have had a lot of experience working and sharing food. It is important for us to know how to create great food.
