Concrete was chosen as the main material, playing a central role in the design. The house is developed over two floors, consisting of two overlapping parallel volumes.

The Studio MEMM project for the Tree House emerged as a playful idea. The architecture had to become a magical space floating in the forest, where generations of families could enjoy time together in this escape from the city. The garden, densely populated with numerous tree species, brings intimacy and atmosphere.
The lighting not only highlights the architectural beauty without disturbing the natural darkness but also aims to contemplate the surrounding trees: ground-level lights reveal the trunks and tops of the trees.

This residence consists of two volumes in accordance with the unconventional geometry of the terrain. The main volume, with large glazed surfaces, hosts the socializing area and includes an office and a spiral staircase. The second volume, made of exposed concrete, contains the private area, including a sauna, wine cellar, dining room, gourmet kitchen, regular kitchen, utility room, and five bedrooms.

B11 House is located in Son Vida, one of the most privileged neighborhoods in Palma. Its spectacular location is perfectly enhanced by its architecture. Situated on a steeply sloping plot, offering stunning panoramic views of the sea, the environment retains its Mediterranean charm but with a contemporary atmosphere.

As you stroll through the terrace, the beautiful contrast between the shades and playful lights in its architecture is one of the main protagonists. The landscaping project embraces the architectural concept to highlight the entire house.
