We are looking for our next Service Provisioning Engineer.
💼 Job description:
The Service Provisioning Engineer is responsible for implementing new services for the company’s customers . Candidates will engineer and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Skills, Ability and Experience
▪ Solid knowledge of telecommunication market.
▪ Previous experience working within a provisioning position.
▪ Must have intermediate knowledge and experience with IP network technologies, protocols and devices (CCNA/JNCIA certification or equivalent experience)
▪ Experience in configuring switches and routers.
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
▪ Self-motivated, flexible, and showing initiative.
▪ Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
▪ Strong time management and resource management skills.
▪ Excellent customer service skills.
▪ Able to work independently and inside a team.
▪ Good communication skills, fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
▪ Coordinating all activities related to a new service implementation.
▪ Responsible to coordinate and schedule resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements within business goals and objectives.
▪ Configuring, testing and documenting the services.
▪ Ensure the technical tasks in the provisioning process are handled quickly and efficiently.
▪ Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met.
▪ Accurately identify, monitor, report, escalate, and resolve project related issues.
▪ Liaise with technical team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the provisioning process
▪ Provides status updates to customers and applicable parties, keeping them informed of order progress.
