🥾 durata: noi am facut 6 ore
Extra: traseul se poate face circuit, continuand de la Vf. Batrana spre Vf. Bucsa cu marcaj banda rosie si intoarcere in Moieciu de Sus

Prima instituţie de credit public din România - CEC. Ca instituție financiară, a luat ființă în anul 1864, printr-un decret dat Alexandru Ioan Cuza.
În ceea ce privește sediul în care a funcționat CEC-ul, la început a fost alocat un mic spațiu într-un sediu modest al Ministerului de Finanţe.
Apoi instituția s-a mutat în hanul
Şerban Vodă, amplasat pe locul actualei clădiri a Băncii Naţionale.
Dându-și seama de importanța instituției, Regele Carol I a încurajat ridicarea unui sediu pe măsură.
S-a decis ca sediul CEC să fie construit pe locul unde se afla mănăstirea şi hanul „Sfântul Ioan cel Mare”, care fiind în ruină fusese demolat în 1875.
Palatul CEC, aşa cm este cunoscut astăzi, a fost construit pe Calea Victoriei, faţă în faţă cu Palatul Poştelor, o altă clădire monumentală de mare prestigiu, construită în aceeaşi perioadă.
