RM: What gives you hope?
Andrei Hurghes: Humanity's capacity to learn and evolve gives me hope. We have overcome so many obstacles throughout our history, so I like to believe we can solve the great problems of today too.
RM: What was the lesson that took you the longest to learn?
Andrei Hurghes: I think one of the lessons that took me the longest to learn is that you develop the most by focusing on your strong points and finding the right contexts/situations that will facilitate the use of these inner qualities. Working with yourself in order to minimize or correct your flaws in important, but not as important as consolidating your strong spots.
RM: What motivates you to keep going when things get hard?
Andrei Hurghes: I tell myself that it will soon getter easier. I just need to take the time to learn how to adapt to the new setting. I like to remind myself that I am stronger that I'd think.
RM: What is success for you?
Andrei Hurghes: Living a fairly balanced life, I believe. Maintaining strong, positive relations with the people around you and leading a fairly comfortable life, financially speaking.
RM: Any thoughts on what lies ahead for you?
Andrei Hurghes: My profecy is that the future will always be more or less like today if you dont change habits a little bit. What you do on a daily basis accumulates and, in time, influences your life to an extraordinary degree.
