Sip shades of ruby red and cosy up with this Hibiscus tea. Also known as sour or sorrel tea, hibiscus flowers are turned into a deep red tea with a tart flavour and a ton of health benefits.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Dried Hibiscus flowers
1 Cup hot water
Honey to taste ( optional)

Pour the hot water over the flowers & let the tea brew for 5 minutes, add in the honey & enjoy.

Can be served chilled with crushed ice & mint.

Benefits of Hibiscus tea

*Helps lower the blood pressure.
*Full of antioxidants.
*High in Vitamin C.
*Has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties.
* Increases immunity.
