PSP Production was on location in Madeira, Portugal — which doubled as a lookalike for Hawaii — providing full local production support for the film’s stunning exterior scenes. From misty jungles to wild coastlines, Madeira transformed into a tropical stage for cinematic terror.

See the team, the setup, and the eerie beauty that make Primate come alive.

PSP Production proudly joined forces with Paramount Pictures to film part of the studio’s latest horror movie right here in Madeira, transforming the island into a stunning lookalike for Hawaii.

From concept to ex*****on, PSP handled every production detail — logistics, set coordination, and local crew — ensuring a flawless shoot that captures both the beauty and tension of this chilling story.
