Hey everyone - so for those who did not read this weeks newsletter, this week we are announcing Mensagem de Lisboa as an Official Partner of People Of Lisbon. We learned about Mensagem just a few months after we started People Of Lisbon, when Catarina Carvalho (a greatly respected journalist and editor) reached out to tell us that she was about to get it going. We ended up making a People Of Lisbon about Catarina on the day she launched Mensagem de Lisboa. Since then Mensagem has really become an important journal for Lisbon - telling stories of people in English and Portuguese. You may not know - but our own Rita Ansone photography regularly photographs for Mensagem - and we have written many articles for them in the past. But the hope going forward is that we will get much more regular with out putting content on Mensagem. It’s great to officiate our partnership. Catarina has been a huge supporter of People Of Lisbon, and we in kind, love the the work they do there.
