Il Centro Italiano di Scambi Culturali - VIK è nato nel 2011 ed è titolato a "Vittorio Arrigoni" - VIK, attivista per i diritti umani, ucciso nella Striscia di Gaza da mani sporche e fasciste. Il centro VIK opera nella Striscia di Gaza, ed è finanziato da una Rete di di Associazioni, Fondazioni, ONG, Università, ecc...italiane e internazionali, che si occupano di sostenere le attività cultura
