Stulls from Lurpak butter x cinnamon.
What a fun time it was to shoot this!

Lurpak has always been an ambition for me as a Danish tabletop director, having close ties to the the brand in my upbringing.
The demo was intended to follow an already successful look with my own stylistic spin added.
I hope to do many more projects with such an epic line up of scenes.

'Black Velvet & Oysters'

This will be an ongoing part of a new personal series dubbed 'Gastromania'.
As many may now I have crossed over to the creative industry fron the culinary world, this series is initially something that allows me to explore between both skillets.

Black velvet is absolutely one of the lesser known drinks constructed by equal parts and champagne served with fresh Oysters ala Heisenbacon (caviar vinagrette, seagrass and bubbles.)

- Compact shooting style has become something of a specialty since the beginning of 2020,
I think its important to balance ideas and esthetics to produce a really solid outcome

Scene 1: rolling open, compromised of stopmotion animation

Scene 2: turnover flatlay, built with a manual rig and 4 versions of image,

Scene 3: rolling mid section, Ghost layering with Stopmotion animation.

Compromised with my manual 'MoCo' arm.

I build most manual rigs with aluminum profile.
