پروفیسر ان ڇوڪري کي چيو ته تون پنهنجي جاء تي وڃي وھي رھو ... ۽ سڀنن جي طرف غور سان ڏٺو . ۽ پڇيو ته ڇا ڪو ٻڌائي سگهي ٿو ته اينئن ڇو ٿيو ته صرف مڙس جو نالو بورڊ تي رھجي ويو آهي ؟

اگلے 8 سال میں دنیا میں کہیں بھی کوئی پٹرول یا ڈیزل کی موٹر گاڑیاں، بسیں، یا ٹرک فروخت نہیں کئے جائیں گے۔ پورے خطے کا نظام نقل وحمل برقی گاڑیوں پر منتقل ہو جائیگا۔ نتیجتاً تیل کی قیمتوں میں شدید کمی پیٹرولیم کی صنعت کی تبا ہی کا باعث بنے گی۔

ساتھ ہی موٹر گاڑیاں اوربسیں بنانے کی وہ صنعتیں تباہ ہو جائیں گی جنہوں نے اس جدید صنعتی انقلاب کو اختیار کرنے میں دیر کی خام تیل کی قیمت 25 ڈالر فی بیرل سے بھی کم ہوجائے گی. پٹرول اسٹیشنوں کو تلاش کرنا مشکل ہو جائے گا اور لوگ اپنی گاڑیوں کے مقابلے میں کرائے کی گاڑیوں پرسفر کرنے کو ترجیح دیں گے۔

موٹرگاڑیاں بنیادی طور پر "بھاگتےہوئے کمپیوٹر" بن جائیں گی۔

اسقدر تیزی سے رونما ہونے والی تبدیلیا ں موٹر گاڑیاں بنانے والی کمپنیوں کی بقا کیلئے خطرہ بن رہی ہیں کیونکہ انہیں اب اس کمپنی کے مقابلے میں برقی گاڑیاں تیار کرنے پر توجہ دینی پڑےگی۔

پروفیسر شبا کی رپورٹ نے بین الاقوامی موٹر گاڑیاں بنانے والی کمپنیوں اور تیل پیداواری ممالک میں شدید بے چینی کو جنم دیا ہے۔

اس طرح تیل پیدا کرنے والے *عرب ممالک دوبارہ غربت کے اندھیروں میں ڈوب جائیں گے جیسےوہ 1950 تک گھرے ہوئے تھے۔ افسوس کہ وہ تاریخ سے سبق لینے میں بالکل ناکام ہیں۔ بجائے اس کے کہ کوریا، فن لینڈ اور د یگر ممالک کی طرح مضبوط علم پر مبنی معیشت قائم کرتے ، انہوں نےاپنی تمام دولت آرام و آسائش یا مغر ب سےحاصل شدہ ہتھیاروں کوخریدنے میں لٹا دی ہے۔

اسی دوڑ کی اہم ترین پیش رفت نئی قسم کی بیٹری ٹیکنالوجی ہے جس کی بدولت گاڑیاں طویل فاصلے طے کر سکتی ہیں اور بیٹری کو بار بار چارج نہیں کرنا پڑتا۔

گزشتہ ہفتے ایک اہم پیش رفت یہ ہوئی ہے کہ اب بیٹریوں کو دو منٹ میں چارج کیاجاسکتا ہے۔ یہ بیٹری کے اندر کا الیکٹرو لائٹ فوری طور پر تبدیل کرکے کیا جاتا ہے۔

یعنی آئندہ پیٹرول اسٹیشن کی جگہ ایسے بیٹری اسٹیشن قائم ہو جائینگے جہاں پیٹرول ڈلوانے کے بجائے آپ بیٹری کے پانی کو تبدیل کیا کریں گے ان کو ’فلو بیٹریز‘ کا نام دیا گیا ہے اور یہ طریقہ جامعہ پرڈیوکے پروفیسر نے ایجاد کیا ہے ۔ برقی موٹر گاڑیوں کی قیمت کا تقریبا 40 فیصد بیٹریوں پر مشتمل ہے لہٰذا اب کم قیمت اور زیادہ طاقتور بیٹریاں بنانے پر زور دیا جا رہا ہے۔

بین الاقوامی اطلاعات کے مطابق ان بیٹر یو ں سےبجلی کی پیداوار فی کلو واٹ گھنٹے کی قیمت 2012 میں 542 ڈالرسے کم ہوکر اب صرف 139 ڈالر ہو گئی ہے اور 2020تک 100ڈالر فی کلو واٹ گھنٹہ تک پہنچنےکی امید ہے۔

برقی موٹرگاڑیاں پیٹرول سے چلنے والی گاڑیوں کے مقابلے میں شاندار کارکردگی کی حامل ہوتی ہیں جو سینکڑوں کلومیٹر کا فاصلہ منٹوں میں طے کرسکتی ہیں۔ اور بیٹری ایک ہی چارج میں تقریبا 650 کلومیٹر کا فاصلہ طے کرسکتی ہے ۔ برقی موٹر گاڑیوں کی قیمتیں کافی تیزی سے کم ہو رہی ہیں۔

2022 تک سب سے کم قیمت برقی موٹر گاڑی کی قیمت 20,00امریکی ڈالر تک ہو جائیگی ۔اس کے بعد پیٹرول کی گاڑیا ں جلد ہی نا پید ہو جائیں گی۔

پروفیسر شبا کی ایک اور پیشں گو ئی کے مطا بق 2025 تک تمام نئی چار پہیوں پر چلتی گاڑیاں عالمی سطح پر بجلی سے چلیں گی چین اور بھارت جدت کی اس نئی لہر کی دوڑ میں شامل ہو گئے ہیں۔

بھارت کا منصوبہ ہے کہ 2032 تک تمام پیٹرول اور ڈیزل کی گاڑیاں ختم کر دی جائیں۔ بھارت میں فوسل تیل سےچلنے والی گاڑیو ں اور تمام پٹرول اور ڈیزل کاروں پر مرحلہ وار پابندی عائد کرنے کا عمل تیز کیا جارہا ہے۔

چین2025 تک 70 لاکھ برقی گاڑیوں کی سالانہ پیدا وارکا ارادہ رکھتا ہے ۔ اس وقت ہم تاریخ کے اس باب کا مشاہدہ کر رہے ہیں جو جدت طرازی کی بہت بڑی تاریخی مثال ثابت ہوگاکہ کس طرح جدت طرازی کے ذریعے موٹر گاڑیوں کی صنعت اور پیٹرولیم صنعتوں پر زوال آیا او ر کس طرح بہت سی قومی معیشتیں تباہ ہوئیں۔
