We believe that women are smart as men ,if not more . We believe that given the chance ,space and nourishment women will easily able to outshine their male counterparts .To translate this belief into reality DIGI X came up with its digital program which aims to educate ,train and produce women with skill sets linked to digital world in one way or the other .be it digital marketing or coding ,we aim to cover it all to produce a Pakistan that is more inclusive and welcoming towards the female community.

As this start of the year ,we would like to close on a note that celebrated the victory of all the women and households that decided to trust us and our process by becoming a parts of our programs .you guys are absolutely champions and we are eternally grateful to all of you for making us proud ,seizing every opportunity that came your way and encouraging others to break the prevalent stereotypes.

Kalsoom Lakhani is the Founder/CEO of Invest2Innovate, or i2i, which supports startups and the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem in developing markets, beginning in Pakistan. In the last three years, the i2i Accelerator has supported 16 companies that have gone on to create over 200 jobs in Pakistan. She is also the co-founder of The Hero Project, a storytelling platform that celebrates and highlights everyday hidden heroes.

Kalsoom has trained young entrepreneurs, changemakers, and civil society leaders in Cambodia, Ireland, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. She has been a Washington, D.C. co-ambassador for Sandbox, a global network of innovators under 30, and is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers. She was featured in Diplomatic Courier's Top 99 Foreign Policy Leaders under 33 in 2012, and was named an Ashoka Changemakers/ American Express Emerging Innovator for 2013. Kalsoom also founded the popular blog, CHUP, or Changing Up Pakistan in January 2008, and has written for the Washington Post, the Huffington Post, Foreign Policy, NextBillion and Pakistan's Dawn Newspaper. She has a B.A. from the University of Virginia in Foreign Affairs and Middle East Studies, and an M.A. from The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs in International Affairs/Conflict Resolution.
