Many Students require Affidavit regarding scholarships i.e (PEEF Scholarship, Ehsaas Scholarship, HEC Need Based Scholarship, PBM Scholarship And Income Certificate On Affidavit) while Sample of affidavit is almost changed in every semester and when students get the affidavit from outside of the University then most of those are in the old format and become the cause of the affidavit rejection.
In this view, the Haseeb Photocopy shop in admin block started to facilitate students with latest sample of affidavit. Therefore, students are advised that if they need the affidavit for scholarship then visit Haseeb Photocopy shop. Hope that the rate of affidavits or services will be low as per outside of the University.

The applicants of BS programme who couldn’t attempt/appear in the admission test on 25,26&27 September-2021 due to any technical or social reasons are advised to inform through filling link ( https://forms.gle/jRNuNzQuaTw9RCCe8 ) with tracking ID upto 12:00 noon 28th September.

They will be given a chance to reappear in test on 29th September.

Many new and already enrolled students of QAU are confused about the situation in QAU and anxiously want to know authentic information.
Situation is that QSF is on strike due to certain flops in QAU as well as fee hike. Administration partially accepted some of the demands which have been rejected by QSF. Despite going to negotiation, Administration announced a notification with some improper words against QSF and announced that classes will be online. QSF started full preparation to resist in this regard while having intentions to keep QAU completely closed whereas Administration wants to keep QAU physically functional tomorrow.
Those who are asking whether to visit QAU tomorrow or not, it is for their information that QAU will face an unexpected situation in coming week where fights can be observed, destruction can be done (like some instruments in Maths lab have been broken right now) and police can interfere. The intense and final situation can be vacation of hostels. Therefore, kindly avoid visiting university in next 2,3 days. Your admission, provision of original documents, fee submission, classes etc will be decided till 05 October. You have enough time till 05 October. New comers will be informed through emails or they can also call to concerned department. Wait for timely updates, share with others and stay in touch.

Urgent: BS online admission test email link

Dear Aspirants Students,

QAU is conducting the online undergraduate test scheduled for 25, 26 and 27th September. All the students will start receiving email around 9 pm tonight. In case the applicants particularly tracking IDs ending till starting from UF21-001 till UF21- 11200, they may immediately contact to admissions section or inbox the page if they not receive the email tonight. Complete schedule will be uploaded soon on university website and social media pages.
The test is online and will be opened through link.

Important updates on BS admissions.

New criteria for BS admissions has been announced which is based on:
Matriculation/ ”O”- Level results of the candidates with Online Admission General Test as scheduled to be held on 25-09-2021 and 26-09-2021 (Saturday/Sunday) respectively.
[Marks obtained in Matric + Test (online). ]
However, successful applicants will have to show at least 50% marks in FA/FSc (after the result announced).
Applicants will be given provisional admission and their admissions will be confirmed once they show pass FA/Fsc marks. Undergraduate Programme (except Pharm-D and LLB Programmes) will be allowed to proceed for admissions.

جن طلبہ وطالبات نے ابھی اپلائی کیا ہے انکی کلاسز 11 اکتوبر سے سٹارٹ ہونگی۔ دوسرے الفاظ میں بی ایس فرسٹ سمسٹر والوں کی کلاسز 11 اکتوبر سے شروع ہونگی۔ میرٹ لسٹس اگلے ہفتے سے لگنا شروع ہو جائیں گی اور دیکھا جائے گا کہ کون بنے گا نمبر ون قائدین۔ پیج سے منسلک رہیں۔ میرٹ لسٹ میں نام آنے کے بعد آپ کے پاس فیس جمع کرنے کے لئے زیادہ سے زیادہ پانچ چھ دن ہوتے ہیں۔ 11 اکتوبر تک اچھے سے نیندیں پوری کریں کیونکہ بعد میں کلاسز، پارٹیاں، مقابلہ جات، کھیل وغیرہ میں اتنا مصروف ہونا ہے کہ اکثر صبح کی اذانیں جاگتے ہوئے سننے کو ملتی ہیں۔ ایسا موقع بھی آ جاتا ہے کہ 8:45 پہ جاگ کر 15 منٹ میں تیار ہو کر 9 بجے کی کلاس کو پہنچنا ہوتا ہے۔ صبح کے 8 بجے سے 9 بجے کا اور شام کا 7 بجے سے 9 بجے کا ٹائم بہت اہم ہوتا ہے جن میں آپ نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی باہر نکل آئیں گے، چاہے بارش ہو، ٹھنڈ ہو یا جھکڑ ہو۔ ہفتے والے دن آپ کو اکثر قائدئنز بلیو ایریا savour میں نظر آیں گے اور اتوار کو آبپارہ کے اتوار بازار میں۔ بس اللّٰہ کرے یہ کرونا کا مسئلہ جلد ختم ہو۔.....
