Welcome to king food tasty bite

Here is a simple recipe for Beef Keema Aloo Shorba:

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
4 cups of beef broth
1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped for garnish
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
Direction :
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced potatoes and broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
Return the pureed soup to the pot and reheat until warmed through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.

The happiness that you will get by cooking food at home will not be found in any restaurant or dhaba , kyuki Ghar jaisa taste kahi nahi milta

Ingredients :

Old Basmati Rice 2 Glass or 1/2 KG
( Soaked for 1/2 Hour )
Water 8 Glass or 2 Liters
Salt 2 tsp
Vinegar or Lemon 1 tsp

Direction :

Step 1 : Soak the rice with plenty of water for 1/2 Hour

Step 2 : Take a pot add Water and salt and boiled it

Step 2 : Take a pot add Water and salt and boiled it and then add Soaked Rice and add Vinegar and slightly mix it and cover with lid and boiled it on high flame for 5 minutes ( until it nearly cooked ) .

Step 3 : Now strainer it and put normal tap water also and completely strainer it .

Step 4 : Now once again cook it on very low flame for 10 minutes . Your Boiled Rice is ready .

Ingredients for Punjabi Chicken Gravy Recipe :

- Chicken , curry cut with bones- 500 gms

Marinate with : - Whisked curd / yogurt- 1/2 cup - Salt- 1 tsp - Turmeric powder - 1 / 4 tsp

For paste , to be fried & blended :
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Green cardamom- 4
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon- 1/2 inch piece
- Black cardamom - 1
- Bay leaf - 1
- Onion sliced - 2 medium
- Ginger chopped - 1 " piece chopped
- Garlic cloves- 5
- Oil- 1.5 tbsp

- Tomato purée- 1 cup or purée of 2 fresh tomatoes
Red Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp -

Kasuri Methi ( Roasted and Crushed ) - 1 tsp - Amchur powder ( Dry Mango Powder ) - 1/4 tsp -
