Pakistan Resolution Day, also Republic Day, is a national holiday in Pakistan commemorating the Lahore Resolution passed on 23 March 1940[1] and the adoption of the first constitution of Pakistan during the transition of the Dominion of Pakistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 23 March 1956 making Pakistan the world's first Islamic republic.[2] A Republic Day parade by the armed forces is often part of the celebrations.[3]
The day celebrates the adoption of the Pakistan resolution by the Muslim League at the Minar-e-Pakistan (lit. Pakistan Tower) that called for establishing an independent federation comprising provinces with Muslim majority located in north-western and north-eastern region of British controlled territories in India (excluding autonomous princely States) on 23 March 1940. On this day a resolution was passed saying that Muslims in India wanted independence and separate homeland and they were persecuted in India.[4][5][2][6] Since then, the day is celebrated annually throughout the country as a public holiday. The Pakistan Armed Forces usually hold a military parade to celebrate the event.[3][7]

MISSION 14 SUMMIT - Mt Annapurna - Dedicated to Muhammad Ali Sadpara

Ladies and gentlemen, family and friends, fans and followers, and my dear fellow Pakistanis.. I make this announcement today with great respect, humility, love and passion.

There are 14×8000m peaks in the world. Climbing these 14 peaks is considered as the biggest achievement in the world of Mountaineering. Climbing them without supplementary oxygen makes it even more special. Although our country has produced many great Mountaineers but due to lack of resources and support, we still do not have even a single Mountaineer who has summitted all 14 8000m peaks in the world.

My climbing hero and ustad, Muhammad Ali Sadpara, had the dream of achieving this great milestone for our country. After a long and hard struggle of 25 years, he was successful in climbing 8×8000m peaks - the most by any Pakistani ever. Greatly inspired by Ali bhai and his vision, I also joined him in this journey and launched "mission 14 summit" 2 years ago.

Like any other Pakistani Mountaineer, it was my wish that Ali bhai becomes the first Pakistani Mountaineer to summit all 14×8000m peaks in the world. He was our senior, our mentor, our pride, and deserved to achieve this record. For himself and for the country.

I feel proud and grateful that I got the chance to climb many high mountains with Ali bhai. Alhamdulilah, we successfully climbed 4×8000m peaks together: K2, Nanga Parbat, Lhotse and Manaslu.

The best tribute that I can give Ali bhai is to continue onwards on this journey that was started by him. To achieve the dream that he loved so passionately.
I take this opportunity to announce that I shall be attempting Mt Annapurna next month. InshaALLAH!
Mt Annapurna is the 10th Highest peak in the world and I'll be the first Pakistani to climb on this mountain.

I request your support and prayers. With your prayers, I'll do everything in my capacity to achieve this great milestone for our beloved Motherland.
When I raise the green flag on the summit of Mt Annapurna, it'll not be my personal success only. It'll be shared by every single Pakistani who wishes to see the green flag raised high.

I dedicate this expedition and this whole project to my big brother, my friend, my pride, the best Mountaineer Pakistan every produced - Muhammad Ali Sadpara.

• Keeping tools and Splicing Kit in excellent operational condition.
• Responsible for good house keeping of telehouse and OMU.
• Update rough as built diagrams.
• Knowledge of Optical Fiber Cable, its contruction and laying methodology.
• Knowledge of OTDR, splicing machine, joint boxes, patch cords, pigtails, connector types, Fiber scope and OFC jointing methodoligies.
• OFC jointing skills.
• Healthy to work as Labour when required.

Required Skills:
