gh the system of our younger crowd of lost and lonely souls. Let us allow them a forum to get together and air their opinions. Change can only be for the better and bringing it about requires courage and bravery. Media is slaving the young’s mind, their uninformed thoughts are high jacked by the opinions of those who they see in the television screen. The latest researches have proven that 93% of the world population charges their knowledge batteries via “the tube”. And only 3% allow the words to fill in their mind’s gaps. It is agreed that now the most secure way to preserve any evidence and the events occurred is through documenting of it. But we also have to keep in mind that the major world policies are based upon written theories. Basically the beginning of every tunnel starts from the same thing and that is written literature. We have to provoke the youth to read. We have to give them the feel of anxiety which makes them dig for the truth. We have to give them different opinions so that they differentiate & can choose their school of thought. Above of all we need to sustain their interest in what they have in their hand to read. NOTE: Diversity will not be for sale and IS distributed freely among the youth. What “Diversity” planes do is:
• To centrally focus the youth (18-35) and their interests.

• To give them a forum to speak, a forum of appreciation.
• To give information about study and technology
• To give them the knowledge about the icons who were the reasons of change.
• To make them confident and proud of whom they are as a nation and as a good soul.
• To provide Social and political views through the word of the well renowned personalities both from the right and the left wing.
• To be the word of change. What we plane to do is not easy. But we have high morals, courage and the spark to ignite the flames of change. Diversity Magazine is currently a new magazine but aimed at the big times. In order to reach its lofty goals, it must focus on the objectives behind the vision. The vision manifests itself in the following objectives:
Be considered as the best information and entertainment magazine in Pakistan and give Herald and other magazines a tough competition. To increase our number of clients by 10% to 20% every year through superior services. To develop a sustainable, profitable start-up business. To launch our magazine website. To have maximum circulation within a year. To go to 80 pages by issue number six. Number of printed copies should be doubled by the end of this year. Contents of magazine

The content of the magazine would vary from time to time to suit the interests of the youth but it would always be confined in the limits of the basic idea that is to motivate and aware youth. Events:
Diversity would cover all the youth and national events it can cover. Our photographer would be present at every event possible. Those event would be published in the magazine on monthly bases. Articles:
This section is believed to be the strength and the backbone of every monthly issue. Many famous writers like Imran Khan, Zaid Hamid, Lal Khan, Fatima Bhutto have agreed to write for us. And famous personalities like, Pervaiz Musharaf Anwar Maqsood etc are awaited. Interviews:
Interviews of inspirational icons like top notch business personals national heroes artists, a few politicians (on request) would be conducted and then published in the magazine. Biographies:
the biographies of the people who have a factor of change in the past would be published but not in the old text book style but in a very innovative and interesting way. Life improvement topics:
This section will cover various fields such as fashion, life style, showbiz , technology, education etc. Youth section:
this section is specially dedicated to youth the readers of Diversity. Any interesting and progressive thing done by them or any article or art work that can be looked up to will be published
