A Call Center Representative maintains customer databases, fields customer calls, and resolves problems. Other tasks of a Call Center Representative include:
Troubleshooting for clients
Adding product features for customers
Finding solutions for clients
Skills Required:
Good communication skills, especially listening, will allow you to ask better, more relevant, questions of customers.
Experience Required:
A background in a customer service environment will be very desirable, and this doesn’t have to be in a Call Center environment. You may also need GCSE passes in Maths and English.
If you are from the US, you may need a minimum of a high school diploma.
Timings:
Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts are Available
Salary Package:
18k Basic + 2k Commission
