While volunteering with the Care Foundation, she identified a gap in the education provided to underprivileged students: the lack of essential life skills. To address this, she developed a subject called Basic Life Skills and Ethics, covering crucial topics such as legal rights, nutrition, hygiene, and understanding boundaries like good touch vs. bad touch. These are fundamental life skills, often overlooked, that are essential for personal and social development.

Maryam invites people who want to be part of a society that’s educated and not just literate with rote learned knowledge to engage and collaborate.
