Words have the power to touch hearts and bring people together, just like Amy Singh's letter to Lahore. Her poetry and hosting on 'Agla Warqa' have captivated millions. I watched her video, narrating her letter, in 2020 and couldn't wait to write to her, but never got the chance. Finally, fate intervened, and I saw her post about being in Lahore for the Faiz Festival. I rushed to Al Hamra and met her in person, telling her how much I loved her words, how pure they were, and how thrilled I was to see her finally experience the beauty of Lahore.

Let's spread the love and bring people together, no matter the borders that divide us.

Pakistan is one of the countries where the dropout rate of university students is pretty high. While there might be several visible reasons like socio-economic pressure and lack of career counselling; some factors still remain unaddressed.
One such reason made Rayem Tajwer's life miserable, and she willingly dropped out from her university, the decision she is very proud of. But why did she make that decision and how things turned out for her later? This interview highlights one of the most important issues, which we often fail to address or don't even take the notice of.

An effort that started from my living room during the pandemic when the world came to a stop. I decided to do what I love. To hear the stories of people; to know them for who they are. I started interviewing people in my circle over Instagram and in a very short time, I was able to speak to people who inspire me and perhaps could have only dreamt of seeing let alone have a full conversation with. My love for connecting with humans remains and it feels a different kind of satisfying when one gets recognized, albeit in a small way, for doing what they love. This is a milestone for me. And as I enter 2023, I take this feeling and joy of celebrating every milestone in my life, big and small.
